Bill booked a 6 night stay in San Diego for me with only a 3 week notice during the Christmas season. Arrangements included flights, car rental, hotel, whale watching boat tour, Balboa Park tour, USS Midway Museum tour and SeaWorld admission and parking passes. He placed me in a beautiful hotel within minutes of driving to all the above arrangements. I made the requests and he did the legwork saving me valuable time. Thank you Bill!!!

We had found a last minute cruise deal , that came up unexpectedly and time was of the essence to secure the last few cabins. Bill was on his own vacation , Bill went out of his way on his vacation time to set up airfare, payments and all the necessary paperwork to travel out of the county and extended hotels time before our cruise started. One of my tours did get cancelled, but because of the vendors he works with I was quickly able to get a refund. Both hotels he booked were fantastic and safe with beautiful large rooms. I had a wonderful experience flying to Orlando to visit Disney World, took the Brightline train to Miami, caught a Virgin Lines cruise to the Caribbean. Returned to Orlando via the Brightline train and stayed overnight in the Orlando International Airport Hyatt. Wonderful Hotel. The next morning I caught my flight home. All with the help and planning by Details by Bill which involved working around a government shutdown and a blizzard. I wouldn't consider planning any trip without the advice and arrangements made by William Johnson-Details By Bill.

It had been 20 yrs since we were at Disney. You have trained Brian and Sherri perfectly on how to navigate the transportation between parks, what times and days of the week to go to each one and the locations to stand with no crowds for the evening shows.

Mickey was calling and Bill delivered!! We had a fantastic time!! No problems with travel, transportation, parks, resort. Bill knows all the tips!!! Food was great! French Quarter is our go to place!!

what a trip!!!! After 5 years we were finally able to take our mother-daugther trip to New york! We asked Bill for some guidance and he delivered!!! Great suggestions for our Itinerary! The 911 museum and tour is amazing and a wonderful tribute! Sara was an absolute wonderful guide! The Glass-Top Bus tour was so full of information. Jimmy our guide was great! A downpour on the way back to the bus from the little island was the only bump in the road. Never stopped us! Our tour with Ann McDermott was a great adventure to Katz's by bus and then to midtown by subway to 30 rock and all sights at Times Square. Went to see RiseNY and it's a great hidden gem in times square. Great history of new york and a ride like soarin in disney. A must for people to see! Ended our trip at 1 world Observatory. We had a great time on Icon of the Seas. Never did it feel busy at all, even with a full ship. Love the new elevators. Love the whole ship. It has so many different areas to take advantage of. Food was excellent everywhere. Staff were all phenomenal. Thanks Bill for helping to make our adventure amazing as always!

Bill anticipates all a traveler will need. He does a great job sifting through all the hotel options to help you figure out which will be best for you. He responds promptly to inquires (even when he is traveling) and is in touch just before you leave and when you return.

Bill was an absolute professional and a pleasure to work with. For this trip, we went to Edinburgh, Scotland. We stay in the heart of old town in the Grassmarket area. We were right in the shadow of the castle. We took a platinum whiskey tour. At the last minute, Bill found a hotel for me in Zermatt, Switzerland. It was a splurge, but it was conveniently located very close to the train station, was super luxurious, and even had a view of the Matterhorn.

This seven-day tour of Alaska which included Fairbanks, Denali, and Anchorage was expertly planned and was completed well above our expectations. All transfers, vouchers, and tours were available without incident. The timing of the trip was perfect, we got to see Mount Denali which the tour guide told us that only 10% of tours get to see. Also, the weather was agreeable for all our tours. The hotels were convenient to all activities, the views from the trains were spectacular, and the float tour of Spencer Glacier was something we will never forget. Highly recommended!
