Barbara planned 2 recent cruises for my husband and I - Alaska and NY to Canada. Both were beautifully planned and organized and went off without a hitch. Prior to working with Barbara, we didn't consider ourselves "cruise people", but after our 2 Graystone Travel-planned trips, we're hooked. Because she is such a seasoned traveler herself, she was able to give us suggestions and tips based on her own personal experiences. She really understood what we wanted and offered us choices that were excellent. We'll definitely use GraystoneTravel the next time we're planning a trip.

Barbara was asked to complete a trip to Montreal, Quebec, Maine, and Boston. The parameters were tight and it was the week before school began in most parts of the country. Everyone was getting in that last bit of summer before school. The trip was great. Everything was on time, and the hotels were wonderful. She followed our requirements which were not easy. Both of use are over 68, so that was a consideration. We got the hotels, sightseeing, and times we requested. Great job! John Jenkins

Hands-down, the best travel agent I've ever worked with and the only one we will use going forward. Barbara did an amazing job pulling together every aspect of our holiday vacation on short notice with a limited budget. We have booked several trips through Barb over the years. Some short, some long, some simple, some complex. She has always been quickly responsive to questions and requests for information. She truly loves what she does! And it shows in her planning.
Barb is great for brainstorming! After a few clues and requests, she will provide several packages that demonstrate the range of options and costs involved. She also seems to have access to great packages and incentives for most everything we've booked through her.
Highly recommended. Fun to work with. Very responsive. And Full of ideas!

Barbara is extremely thorough in helping us plan our vacations, and quick to pursue any new leads or price reductions before we are 'locked in.'
