Working with robin was so easy and simple and painless. I reached out to her, and within an hour she had a full week trip planned and right at the budget I was looking to spend if not better then what I was anticipating. She very responsive, delightful to talk to. The trip was a dream Destination of mine and I enjoyed every second of it with my Daughter. Robin has been our agent since our honeymoon (Croatia--also phenomenal). She helped us with changes to our itinerary, hotel bookings, and excursions. Her suggestions resulted in an incredible trip that truly made this feel like a once in a lifetime experience. Robin always provides the personal touch and helps you at all stages of the trip. Robin booked a group of 10 of us for a cruise. She got us all the best rooms not near anything loud but close to the elevators for easy access to everything. She makes it so easy booking and taking care of everything and when you reach out to her she gets right back to you. She absolutely nailed this vacation for us and is the best travel agent!

I was looking for an all inclusive relaxing vacation to take my 4 adult children after a few crazy years. That is exactly what we had! We said at the windjammer resort, had a three bedroom suite. It had two floors, kitchen, and small private soaking pool. Robin was great to work with. Listened and helped me on a vacation with 4 young adults that worked for my daughter that just wanted to hang on the beach and relax to the other three that want to experience water sports and learn new things. Would suggest doing one of the catamaran trips. It was so much fun and a unique way to see the island. Only suggestion would do not go end of May… very to and humid even at midnight.

Robin is the greatest!! I usually work out all of the details for any traveling I, or my family does, but not this time. I wanted to enjoy myself! The only thing I did was send Robin dates and a list of things I wanted to do. She incredibly promptly sent back an itinerary (that I made no changes to) and helped us by booking everything. I mean everything. She responded to email/text while we were away and even helped me book an impromptu massage! I was able to relax and enjoy, and our family had an unforgettable vacation. HIGHLY recommend Robin.

Robin did a great job recommending the Iberostar resort south of Cancun. The rooms were comfortable and even included bug spray and an umbrella for our use. It was a wonderful place with so much to do for both kids and adults. The waterslides, wave pool, and main pools were great. The beach was the best though! The sand was soft, the waves were great, and the beachside bar and cafe were perfect. The only disappointment was the resort credit that was supposed to be an incentive to book there. Each room was given a $600 credit. However, the credit was wonky and it was split into $25 increments. You had to spend $100 and could only take $25 off each $100 spent. We thought it could all be combined at once to pay for a massage or two. We were incorrect. There was no fine print to explain this until you were at the resort. Overall, it was a great vacation with friends and family.

Above exceptional service from Robin! She went out of her way to make an epic dream vacation for us. Even booked our vacation on Mother’s Day! We booked our vacation to celebrate my sisters 40th birthday and she set up surprise after surprise for her making it a truly unforgettable vacation!
