First Disney trip

I absolutely loved working with Jessie to book, plan, and help during our trip. She took all the guess work out of how to make sure you had the best possible experience at Disney. I really appreciated how she took the initiative to plan out each day for us. She booked our dining, experiences, and helped us with navigating the new gene program. It is very easy for someone to provide excellent customer service when everything goes well, the bigger story is how they manage the situation when it does not. We recently ran into some obstacles with a company and weren't getting anywhere close to a resolution. One email to Jessica and all my concerns were gone as she diligently worked toward a resolution. It was an over two week process- and she managed it beautifully. I received regular updates from her regarding the issue along with reassurances that everything was at it should be--and it was! She did everything she said she would and allowed me to go back to anticipating a wonderful vacation. Kudos and two thumbs way up!

Jessie was fantastic to work with at every step of the planning process. She anticipated our every need and went above and beyond to ensure our trip was exceptional. She took the stress out of planning for me - and for that - I am extremely grateful. She checked in frequently and added special touches including sending a bag of treats to the hotel with my son’s favorite snacks and a little stuffed Dory Bc she knew he loved the movie. She checked us in for our flights, arranged for transport to and from the resort and helped with tickets and restaurant reservations. None of those things I asked her to do. She is very proactive. She was available to me on a moments notice for questions and assistance. I really could not have asked for a better travel agent. This is the first time I have used an agent for travel and my family travels frequently. This experience solidifies that I will use Jessie going forward! Thank you for everything!
