Disney planning is overwhelming, especially when you haven't been before or it's been years since you've visited. And the stakes are so high to have a magical time! There are so many things to keep track of: dates and deadlines to make sure you get the best experience and endless decisions to make. Denise was great at answering every single question and making sure that the information she provided was trickled out in a way that did not overwhelm us. She has this process down to a science and our trip was perfect just from following every step she gave us. She was intuitive in anticipating what we'd like and made every step of the process easy to understand. From start to finish nothing but helpful over 3 years of planning. Initially we were going July 2020 but then the pandemic happened so postponed to august 2023. Anytime we had questions we called and talked to her. She was always available and helpful. There were times we were on the phone for a long period. She never made us feel that our questions or concerns were silly or stupid. Very patient with us. No matter who called from our group of 15 she always answered our concerns..
