We had many guests who had never traveled before and Katie was able to easily answer all questions they had. When my wife and I decided we wanted to travel abroad for our anniversary we originally wanted to go the modern route of going to one of the many travel and hotel booking websites online. A good friend of mine suggested Katie since they had such a good experience in the past. I am infinitely glad I did! Katie has a breadth of travel knowledge that exceeded all of my expectations. While she did not help us pick the country we wanted to visit (The Dominican Republic,) she helped us narrow down our All-Inclusive resort options and weighed the pros and cons on each resort. When we arrived in our stately resort room, waiting for us was a bottle of champagne and a meat and cheese platter under glass for our anniversary. Any question I had about international travel was answered promptly via email. Any issues I had with my flight was promptly looked into and a fast, detailed response was given, any questions we had about the resort amenities prior to our arrival were sent over quickly.

Katie is knowledgeable, always available, and very helpful in making decisions. We did a group trip to Mexico and didn’t know where to go. She gave us several options based on things we wanted. She’s also the queen of cruises. I don’t know anyone else that knows more than her about cruise life!
