I knew Annamarie had traveled extensively for work prior to becoming a travel agent. So I trusted her to help me find a hotel for a very specific need which was for a longer term stay. Annamarie gave me several hotel options that matched my specific requirements like location, certain amenities and budget, but she helped me find the right location for my needs and also helped me negotiate a longer term rate. The hotel she recommended was amazing and felt like home during my long stay there. I would definitely use Annamarie again for my future travel needs.

Annamarie was always attentive to my many questions with quick and thorough responses before the trip. There were several stages of contact prior to travel. While on trip, she is friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, and is great at juggling the varying personalities of the group. She did a great job organizing our transports throughout the trip and working with the tour director to meet the needs of our group. An Amazing Trip to Paris & London!!

We had the greatest multigenerational trip to Paris and London thanks to the great guidance of Annamarie. I was tired of being the vacation planner and leaned on Annamarie to guide me to hit the highlights of these two beautiful cities! She took an inventory of our interests among myself, my 16 year old daughter, and my 72 year old mom - and she gave many options to choose from for the best mixture of fun! In Paris, we enjoyed a hands on bakery experience, a trip to beautiful Versailles, enjoyed the Dior fashion museum and the March Bastille outdoor market and picnicked on the Siene. In London we enjoyed Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace , and my favorite the Tower of London. In both cities, we loved the hop on hop off bus tour to really take in the sites of the cities. I highly recommend Annamarie for her professionalism, prompt communication, and great suggestions to incorporate all of our interests. I will definitely rely on her expertise in the future! A Great Honeymoon Experience

I had a fantastic experience working with Annamarie. My husband and I originally worked with her to plan our European Honeymoon. Unfortunately this was in the middle of Covid and we had to change our plans. Annamarie was so empathetic and kind. She worked very hard to cancel our reservations, hotels, etc, so that we would not lose any money. When we were ready to try a different trip for our honeymoon (Lake Tahoe), she was right there with ideas and helpful tips to make our trip a reality. I had never worked with a travel agent before, and I really enjoyed the experience of working with Annamarie. She is so knowledgeable and she genuinely has a passion for travel and helping others explore new destinations. She listened to our ideas of what kind of trip we wanted and was so very helpful. Amazing Trip !

I was trying to plan a vacation and was getting very frustrated with coordinating flights, resort and our crazy schedules! I was spending so much time and getting no where fast. One email to Plaid Travel - Annamarie was the best thing I have done in a long time. After a few questions of where do you want to go, when, and what is your budget Plaid Travel came back with options. Option that fit our schedules and budget within a few days.
Annamarie provided all the information needed as far as transportation from airport, do's and don'ts and even texted me shortly after arrival in Jamaica to make sure check in went well, now that's service you don't get with booking on line!
