Janet was wonderful in helping us plan our first Viking cruise. Great communication and help answering all my questions.

My daughter and I spent two weeks exploring Spain. We didn't want to be part of a tour, but rather wanted to explore the country on our own. Janet's help in planning our itinerary was invaluable!! We made our way from Barcelona to Seville by train, rented a car, and then drove to Granada and Madrid. Janet made wonderful suggestions regarding modes of transpiration, hotels, sights to see, etc... Janet promptly and efficiently answered all our questions, and was always pleasant and consiterate. I have recommended her to many family and friends, who also have loved her. Janet has helped me plan many trips, and I will never consider using another travel agent!!

We took the coast to coast Vacations on Rails trip across Canada. Our tour director was excellent and we got to see so much by doing the trip on the trains. Janet helped us arrange a combination business/pleasure trip to the UK. This wasn't a simple task because she also helped 6 other people from various parts of the US meet us in Edinburgh. She designed an itinerary that enabled us to see so much in a short time. All air and ground transportation was arranged and "spot on". Hotels were lovely. We especially appreciated the location of our hotel in London's Westminster district. Usually I do my own flight and hotel booking when we travel abroad, but with our group so spread out I needed help. I never would have chosen the St. Ermins Hotel in London, but we found is great for walks in St. James Park, and to the Thames by way of Parliament. Janet is a delight to work with; she is prompt, attentive, and flexible.
