Audra did a fantastic job planning our first trip to Disney and our stay at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. She is an amazing communicator and answered all of our questions through email and zoom. This was our first time using a travel agent, Audra came highly recommended to us by several of our friend and she did not disappoint she was fantasic! I can't tell you how many different scenarios of dates and destinations we had her run, I told my wife I have to be driving the travel agent nuts but nope she was as friendly and as courteous as can be and response time to the requests was awesome. We ended up going to Costa Rica for a week all inclusive and it was awesome! The resort and things to do in the area were all we hoped it would be. Definitely highly recommend Audra!

Audra knocked it out of the park for our vacation again! This is vacation #6 we have booked with her. Audra did an amazing job with booking our excursion, our resort, flights and club Mobay which we knew nothing about and it was awesome bypassing the immigration line and having someone guide us at arrival through the airport and was even better at departure with snacks, drinks and a comfortable place to sit while waiting for our flight. Audra is fantastic to work with!

Proof That Travel Magic Is Real

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
She has planned FOUR trips for us (most of them with very little to no notice) and somehow turns my chaos into perfectly smooth, stress-free travel every single time. I am not the easiest client (I change my mind, ask a million questions, and overthink everything), and she handles it all with patience, kindness, and zero judgment.
She’s incredibly knowledgeable, honest about what’s worth the splurge, and always finds the best options. She has also helped us navigate travel with a new medical need on multiple trips, which could have been overwhelming, but she made it feel completely manageable every time.
And when our school dropped the ball on a huge 6th grade trip, she stepped in at the last minute and pulled it together for a large group despite some VERY challenging communication, absolute superhero behavior.
Whether you’re a Type A planner or someone who needs a little (or a lot of) guidance, she is the travel agent you want. Truly the best...we won’t travel without her!

Saved vacation

This was our second year working with Audra, so we already knew how helpful she is in vacation planning. This year however we learned how invaluable she is when things don’t go as planned. First our flight was cancelled due to maintenance reason and then we had an illness that prevented travel on the next day. We just got back from Grand Palladium in Mexico and Audra did a fantastic job at arranging our private transportation to and from the airport. The resort changed the access rules to other parts of the resort after we had already booked and she worked her tail off to make sure we still got the access we paid for! Bless Audra!! Patient is the word to describe her. This is our first time taking a big trip, the first time using a travel advisor, the first time trying to coordinate everything on the internet. I'm 72; my husband and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary; we were taking our son, his wife, and our 3 teenage grandsons with us; we were going on an Alaskan cruise. Need I say more? Senior trip to Disney

Audra helped us Senior guys tremendously in setting up our trip to Disney. She informed us about all the resort hotels and advantages and disadvantages to them. She also informed us about the dining options and Transportion options which was very helpful. The location of our rooms at the hotel could not have been better.Her advice about lighting lanes on the rides was helpful. Everything at Disney was well organized and had no problems at all. Disney Cruise + WDW resort vacation!

Audra helped me coordinate a 4-day Disney cruise AND a follow on 6-night Disney resort stay. I had never done a split stay before but she helped navigate that as well as answering a lot of my questions as they came up. She responds quickly to emails and reminds you of payments due and when you can make dining reservations, etc. Very helpful! We have used her in the past for a Disney vacation three years ago and an Alaskan cruise with Norwegian two years ago. I will definitely use her services again in the future.

Audra did a great job helping me find a perfect place to surprise my husband for his birthday. She provided me with many different options, she was very responsive, and gave honest opinions about the different locations. We stayed at the TRS Yucatan it was beautiful it was a hour and a half drive from the airport but it was so worth it. The resort was huge we could always find a chair by the pools and the adults only beach. Every restaurant had great service and friendly employees. The different animals we seen were amazing and had a very jungly feel. My husband loved it and it was everything I was looking for in our trip. We went to chic Caberet and chic bingo both were very fun! This was our 4th trip I booked with Audra and we look forward to booking many more vacations with her!

The resort is HUGE with so much to do if you want to, or if laying low is your vibe, there are some fantastic places for that as well. Food and drinks- delicious! Rooms-superb! Service- outstanding! This is our second booking with Audra and there will for sure be more, we had never used a travel agent before Audra and I will tell you she makes the process seamless. She answered so many questions for us and gave us so many different options. Everything went perfect, we were extremely pleased with the transportation she arranged to and from the airport in Punta Cana, we had a private ride in a luxury SUV both ways.
