Thank you, thank you, thank you!! We had a wonderful trip to Italy filled with great sights, food, and tours. And, thanks to your planning, it was still incredibly relaxing (I don’t feel like I need a vacation from a vacation :)) Thanks for arranging everything and for all of your recommendations! All of the tours were incredible! With all that there is to see and do, I think we would have been overwhelmed and then exhausted by our second day if we hadn’t had guided tours. Our days at the Vatican were incredible! It was also great having breakfast included. We ate well in the morning so we didn’t have to worry about lunch if we were too busy sight-seeing / we could eat gelato for lunch! Also we didn’t have to worry about timing in the morning…we just left in time for the tour, not trying to figure out timing for finding food then getting to the tour.

We had an absolutely amazing experience to Croatia thanks to Feltes Travel. Other agencies we initially sought out were not too comfortable providing what we needed for the somewhat exotic location, yet within less than 24 hours of providing our info to her, Patrice had an entire 12-day itinerary planned for us that required just a minor amount of tweaking. The 5 stars are certainly awarded for her ability to handle the emergency, last-minute flight changes and additional lodging and car rental accommodations we needed due to an impending blizzard that cancelled flights throughout the northeast. The cherry on top was waiting for us when we arrived at our destination: a fruit basket in our room with a personal note from Patrice. We will undoubtedly be seeking out her services in the future!
