Deana is a pleasure to work with! She is very knowledgeable and personable. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she would go all out to find it an d get back to me.
Her response time is incredible! I don't know how she works so quickly. We went to Jamaica and I had trouble with the immigration forms . She worked with me for a long while until we figured it out.
I was so impressed with Deana, that before we took our trip to Jamaica, I booked a cruise through her for myself and my daughter!
I will be contacting Deana the next time we are ready to book a trip.!

Deana was amazing to work with. She helped us find the perfect location with all our requests and worked within our budget. She stuck with us and answered all our questions. She booked our flights, airport transfers, and resorts. It was perfect to have everything all set and not worry. Magical New year family vacation!!

Deana was such an amazing help and support to work with while planning our vacation! Deana was there for us every step of the way to help us make this trip happen! We went for New Years, an expensive and crowded time to visit Disney. Deana was creative in helping us how to figure out how to maximize the best experience for our money. Her extensive knowledge of the Disney property hotels helped us choose a beautiful resort that was still within our budget. With all the changes Disney has implemented with Genie+ and lightening lane it can feel so overwhelming to try to plan your days to make the most of your trip. I don’t think I would have been able to navigate these experiences without her support. Thanks to her guidance on the virtual que process we were able to ride the brand new Guardians of the Galaxy multiple times. This ride experience was unbelievable and by far a highlight of our trip. We had an amazing vacation and it was the absolute best way to ring in the new year!!

A Magical Experience

Deana was amazing to work with. From the start I had no idea what I was planning and Deana always offered her suggestions but never pushed anything on me. I had many questions along the way, as I have never traveled to Disney being the primary planner. Deana was always quick to respond with exactly what I needed to know. We’ve worked together through COVID and during that time she kept me in the loop of what Disney was offering and when things were opening back up.. Deana was so thorough with her planning that because she was going to be in Disney at the SAME time as me, she gave me contact info of another travel agent she works with in case I was unable to reach her. Well, as much as I appreciated that, I still wanted to work with Deana so I text her during my stay at Disney and even though she was busy with a work conference and enjoying Disney, she STILL responded immediately. At no time was she unreachable and that truly made me feel at ease!

A huge thank you to Deana Kelly - Key To The World Travel for planning our first family vacation. The resort was amazing. Deana planned every detail and was in contact with us up until we left for our trip (and during) to make sure we were all set. I highly recommend contacting Deana if you are thinking about planning a trip. She is easy to work with and will find your perfect destination. Prior to booking, she answered all our questions. Then Deana handled all the details of our trip. She was always available to answer any questions. She met with us prior to our trip and reviewed our itinerary. She provided detailed instructions since we would be leaving the country to make sure our travel was easy. Deana was truly invested in our trip and it showed in how detailed she was so all we had to do was show up!I know I will be using her again!
