She was a pleasure to work with & I look forward to working with her again. Avalon was wonderful! Any other river cruise we take will definitely be with them. The Avalon crew and staff went above and beyond to make sure our daughter’s wedding was beautiful & memorable.

Ellie helped out with issues related to accessibility for a disabled person in our party. She kept me updated on any developments that could be challenging for our disabled traveler and made excellent recommendations to make the travel easier. For example, when she learned that a transfer would not be able to guarantee accessibility, she quickly reached out to me with several cost effective solutions. She was very proactive in ensuring that we had a good experience.

It was great. There are a few things I would comment on. The hotel TRYP in Porto I would not recommend. I would have moved had I found something. The tours booked were excellent. I wouldn't prepay for any of the transportation cards. It would be better to do it when you are there and find the bus that works best to your location.
