Tiffany was so helpful in explaining all of the details and little nuances of Disney World...how their processes worked (their fastpass system, meal plans, etc.) and she also had great insight into how to navigate the parks. The planning tools that she provided to us (excel spreadsheets, restaurant recommendations, fastpass suggestions, etc.) were what we found most helpful, since by the time we had contacted her my husband had already started much of the planning and booking on his own. We would definitely have her help us from start to finish next time around, but still feel confident that we can navigate the wonderful world of Disney on our own since she was able to answer so many of our questions. To top it off, she is so joyful and happy to help!
