My daughter-in-law set up our vacation with Shannon. Anytime I had a question about anything Shannon responded right away and was very helpful and informative. She thought about everything and was so helpful and thoughtful.

Shannon has assisted us with four vacations at four different Sandals resorts. We have been more than satisfied with her knowledge, attention to detail and overall customer service. Throughout the process from ideas to the completion of a vacation she is there to help in any way to assure a pleasant trip. We can whole-heartedly recommend her.

Our room location was fantastic and all of our documents were printed out including our luggage tags and excursion information. The recommended excursion company was fantastic as well. Shannon made the complete process a breeze and to top it all off we had a sweet thank you gift in our stateroom on departure day.

Let me start off by saying Shannon is the greatest. I've been working with Shannon for 4 years now and she has recommended all 4 destinations to us and have all been great. From St.Lucia, Bahamas, Cancun to Jamaica every year when we get back we start working together on our next trip. She not only recommends the best destinations that we are looking for I eliminates any worries we have from the start of our bookings to the day we leave Shannon has everything ready and set for our trips. I cant express my gratitude towards her cause we literally dont worry about anything. She sends us excursion, dinner recommendations, must do at the resorts, even our check list of things to make sure we pack. She checks on us prior and after our trips. I know I may sound over the top but as someone who loves to travel and have used other agents before meeting Shannon its really night and day. I've told her she better not go anywhere..lol I recommend Shannon to everyone who ever ask me about my trips and I will always continue too

When our family decided we wanted to go on an Alaskan cruise we reached out to Shannon and she made the process easy from the start. We had a big group of 14 and she worked her hardest to make sure all our travel plans were in sync with each other. She even helped accommodate my mom who decided later in the process she wanted to join. She answered all our questions, provided helpful information, and recommendations to ensure we had a wonderful trip. Travel went smoothly because she had taken care of all the logistics and cruise plans. Shes amazing, I seriously don't have to worry about anything with Shannon, she makes sure everything is lined up and taken care of, suggesting excursions and things to do. Making sure we have what we need before we leave. Double checking flights and making sure we have no issues before leaving. She is our go to for our trips

Shannon has planned two trips for my family and both were fantastic. The first was to Seattle, WA, and without Shannon’s expertise it probably wouldn’t have happened. I tried for weeks to get flights and I was going crazy, so I called Shannon, and she took it from there. The actual trip was relaxing and fun. This last trip was to Yellowstone National Park. Shannon handled all the details for this trip and everything was perfect. Thank you!

Shannon was such a joy to work with from beginning to end! She helped curate a beautiful and memorable trip to Italy with my son and parents. Shannon was very helpful throughout the trip and was always available to answer any questions we had - and we had a lot! Before our trip date she met with us several times and kept in communication with us during our trip. She went above and beyond to help when I lost my purse on a train from Rome to Florence and kept in contact with us (even through the time change) when all of our connecting flights were missed after a delayed flight. We can't thank Shannon enough for her help and for making this a once in a lifetime trip. I highly recommend Shannon!

What is there not to say about Shannon. Let me start with she was amazing, since the moment that I spoke with her about planning our honeymoon she was on point with suggestions, recommendations. I can honestly say she handled everything to perfection. She followed up with us to make sure we had all our requirements for our trip. Booked our excursions, made sure we had transportation to and from our resort, followed up with every thing to assure our trip was stress free . Up until the day we left she checked in on us to ask if we had any concerns or questions. She sent us all our info to make sure we took it with us and also brought us a travel essential bag of things we would normally forget. Again Shannon was AMAZING and exceeded our expectations and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone I know. We will definitely be working with her for our next trip.
