Cruise was good, food was good. Only complaint we had was the excursions arranged by Holland America. One excursion was good but the lumberjack show, no one came with us so no one knew where to go and when we got to the venue the girl at the gate wasn’t aware of us coming so was a little confusing. Wish a tour guide could have come with us. And it was planned for late in the day just before the ship was leaving so had to rush through the crab fest. Also I wish we could have stayed in Ketchikan longer, was the biggest Center but we were only there for 6 hrs. We had to use tenders and I had to wait an hour before I got ashore and so didn’t get much time to look around. The cruise staff was wonderful, our waiters and cabin people were the best.

The Boat Resident Suites and a price quote of $100 dollars a night thinking of coarse this was in Canadian dollars coming from a Canadian company however it was not explained or clarified to us that it actually was in Eros which is actually $145 Canadian . The stay was not worth $145.00 a night . Therefore we are giving a two star rating for the poor or lack of disclosure.
