She was absolutely incredible to work with from the first moment we connected. She was very thorough and detailed (and patient...boy was she patient lol) with us. Brittany should be known as the 'Magic Maker of Pure Magic Vacations'. We started to communicate with Brittany back in 2020 when we thought we might go to WDW and then of course COVID struck! When we were comfortable in traveling again, we reached out to Brittany and boy are we glad we did (and will do again and are happy to recommend her to our family and friends)! Prior, DURING and after, Brittany exceeded all our expectations and then some! She provided details, suggestions, recommendations, a pre-travel care package (personally delivered (who does that any more!?!)), getting up at the CRACK of dawn to book dining reservations AND park reservations, proposed itinerary we had mentioned to Brittany about my wife's mobility issue so she was sure to reaching out and worked with us to let us know that we could make arrangements for DAS (with options for possibly renting a scooter for my mobility issue) in advance. I had mentioned to Brittany that on this trip we would be celebrating both my wife's birthday and mine (we are 5 days apart) she remembered and texted us both birthday wishes. This was in addition to checking in with us when we got to WDW and once again when we were home. I realize that this is a lengthy testimonial, but really I feel like it doesn't scratch the surface in doing justice to the incredible service Brittany provides to her travelers, you can tell that she honestly cares about the people she puts together these arrangements for.
