a calming help

Our family inherited Mike from a retiring travel agent and this gave us the opportunity to change. I am sure glad we didn't. Mike's service is outstanding but more important is the fact that he cares and listens to our needs and anticipates our requests. We have tried to do our flights and booking on line. It is no fun and full of worries. It is so much easier to let Mike take the worry out of travel. He has a knack of finding that special little place to add to our adventures. Mike is building his business on service which he is very good at providing.
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.

Michael works very hard for his clients. Sometimes it takes him awhile to return calls, but that is usually due to the busyness of the business. Michael went beyond the call of duty to help us locate our luggage when it was left in Varadeo by Sunwing. As Michael's experience and knowledge grow, I am sure he will only serve his clients better and better. We will certainly use Michael again.

Dream Italy Vacation

Michael provided excellent service, organization and expertise in planning & executing our Italy trip Sept 15-30/22. I mention his name every time I am talking about my Italy vacation!! It was a dream from the moment we boarded the plane to Florence until we returned to Wpg ( Toronto Pearson Airport connection) ON TIME! Michael's ability to accommodate our trip plan was greatly appreciated by the 3 of us. Every detail was thoughtfully organized & carried out. Rivoli Boutique hotel in Florence was perfect - the staff & service was outstanding, it was immaculately clean, had lovely outdoor gardens, over the top family run restaurant with exquisite food and service, there were intimate spaces to relax & was located in Santa Maria Novella ( historic centre)! We also appreciated the transportation service - early to arrive, very polite, helpful, excellent driving skills, & got us to our destinations safely. It was an absolute pleasure to interact & work
