I’ll start by saying that this trip likely would not have ever happened without Heathers help. We traveled to Italy and had stops and excursions in Tuscany, Positano, and Rome, and the amount of planning involved was daunting. Thankfully, Heather came to the rescue and took over the planning of each and every detail including lodging, excursions, car rental advice, and transport from each location. We only had one issue during our entire 10 day experience (completely outside of Heathers control and due to a poor tour guide) and upon reporting Heather reached out quite literally within minutes to see what she could do to help out. I can’t recommend Heather high enough and we will absolutely utilize her for any upcoming travel.

Heather organized the most amazing trip. She took care of booking our stay, or transportation to and from the resort, and our excursions. I wanted to plan a Disneyland trip pretty quickly and got Heather's information from a friend that recently used her services for a Disneyworld trip. She was excellent. She provided me with all the information I would need to think about and immediately came up with a list of options regarding hotels based on the days I was looking at. When I wasn't sure these hotels were the right fit, she was very quick to find me more options at what I was looking for and helped me narrow it down to make my decision. She was extremely responsive prior to booking answering my (many) questions and continued to be just as responsive after booking answering all my additional questions. I traveled over the holiday season and Heather continued to be responsive to my emails while I was at Disneyland. I would definitely recommend Heather's services for future vacation planning.
