About Me

Germany ... it's my FAVORITE! There are countless reasons why I love Germany. It has so much to offer: food, culture, traditions and it's very safe and clean. If you like history, food, beer and cars there is something for YOU.

My German Fun Facts: 

  • Lived in Germany on two different occasions 
  • Speak fluent German
  • Attended High School & College there
  • Escorted several groups
  • Visited too many times to count, 3-4/year

The are many wonderful options for eats and libations. My favorite food is Sauerbraten which is a beef that's marinated for 24 hours or more, it's super tender and flavorful. DO you have a sweet tooth? You must try the Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte that is a black forest cherry cake. The beer and wine is endless!

Must-Dos in Germany:

  • Spend time on Romantic Road – Rothenburg ODT
  • Check out the ridea - home of Porsche, BMW & MORE     
  • Visit the Christmas Markets — all are similar yet different so get to as many as you can
  • Oberammergau and Oktoberfest are something that you should experience
