The best honeymoon we could have asked for!

With the stress involved in planning a wedding, the honeymoon was something we were hoping to not have to put the same level of effort into planning so that we could just enjoy our time away together without worry.
This was our first time using a travel agent for any trip, and we are very glad we did. Julie was incredible in helping us book and prepare for our trip. Everything was included. The hotel stay, flights, transportation to and from the airport, travel insurance, checked bags, and more were all included for us so there was absolutely nothing to have to worry about or plan ourselves, other than getting checked into our flights and to the resort.
While we did experience some issues with our airline and the check in process, Julie was extremely helpful and responsive when needed and was a huge help in getting us through that process smoothly.
Overall the level of detail Julie put in to helping us book our trip, including all of the information provided to us in our itinerary that covered just about any questions you could think of, was phenomenal and above and beyond our expectations. We would both highly recommend Julie and Hammock Hideaways Travel!

Into the Arctic

When I learned that 2025 was going to be the best year for the northern lights, I knew it was the year I had to check them off of my bucket list, but I had no idea where to begin. That's when Julie from Hammock Hideaways came in! She sent us a few great options, all with very different itineraries for us to choose from. From there, we hit the ground running and chose Into the Arctic! Julie answered any questions we had along the way. I loved the app that Hammock Hideaways used that broke down each day so I could refer to it along my trip. The app even updated me when my flight was delayed! It was a great experience from start to finish.

Julie was amazing in every aspect! She asked upfront for our budget and things that were important to us and then provided us with several options to choose from that met those parameters. She then assisted us with every aspect of booking the trip from travel to excursions to golf tee times. Julie was wonderful to work with, and I would definitely recommend her to others. She did a wonderful job, organizing our groups, travel, and was patient and flexible when changes needed to be made.
