We had an amazing experience! Everything was perfectly organized, and our Disney Cruise exceeded all of our expectations. Luciana made the entire process go so smoothly, and we are so grateful for all her help. We had an unforgettable trip and would absolutely recommend her!

Luciana is by far the most detailed of any agent I have ever used. She was immediately available if I had any questions or concerns. Basically our group let her know the destination and time frame and she took it from there. She was even there to help me navigate the carriers website when I was preparing for the cruise. The kicker was that she printed all the information including luggage tags and gave each of us a folder that included all the documents we might need. Luciana provides a stress free service that allows all to completely enjoy their travel experience.

Luciana handled every detail of our trip and everything went smoothly. She helped us with the dates/pricing. Then helped us with transfers, airlines, hotel, specialty dining, and all other details of the cruise.

Lucianna helped make my granddaughter's graduation cruise and 18th birthday celebration absolutely unforgettable! From the very beginning, she paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was perfect. She went above and beyond with special decorations and even arranged for a beautiful cake in my granddaughter's room, which made her feel so loved and celebrated. Every thoughtful touch added to the excitement and created memories our family will cherish forever. The entire trip was seamless, fun, and stress-free thanks to Lucianna's expertise and dedication. Everyone had an amazing time, and we truly felt like she treated this trip as if it were her own family celebration. I highly recommend Lucianna to anyone planning a special vacation or milestone event. We will definitely be using her again and again for our future travels! Thank you, Lucianna, for making this once-in-a-lifetime celebration so special! ????????

She took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us build a vacation that was both fun and relaxing for everyone in the family! Luciana helped my family and I plan our Disney Cruise and trip to Disney World! She did such a fabelous job. She was so kind and easy to talk to. She asked us all kinds of questions to get to know our needs and wants on the trip. She also listened to everything I would like to make happen and helped us to make sure we were in our budget. She had all kings of great input and advice and she really made planning the trip fun and easy. She was well organized and helped us stay on track with due dates and making sure we remembered to sign up for everything on time. She mailed us a detailed itinary and packet to make sure we had everything we needed in one place. I will be using her again soon!

So much fun and so many good memories made

No matter what Luciana always gives it her all in planning! Whether it’s last minute or way in advance she gets the job done! This past vacation was even more last minute than normal due to work obligations we had no idea what to do we didn’t have a suggestion or idea in mind. Luciana had us a trip planned same day with quotes and gave us the time to ask questions and we were ready to pay and book within a week (would have been same day had the spouse not taken forever to read the quotes ha!) But the point is you can give her nothing and she will come up with the best vacation and plan it all! I recommend her EVERY TIME someone asks for a travel agent!

We are consistent clients of Luciana, and she provided--as she always does--thoughtful, timely, and complete travel services for us. She is a wealth of information about the World of Disney, as well as non-Disney destinations. She is a pleasure to work with, an excellent communicator, and a creative and just-in-time problem-solver. She makes every trip that much better and easier.

Luciana has booked many cruises for my travel group. She is very thorough and immediately handles all situations that arrive. I don't worry about anything after booking because she follows up on everything.

Advice and location specific cautions proved a great help. Special attention to room location and features were well appreciated

I've worked with other travel agents and I must say this was a completely different experience! She was with us through every step and made everything as stress free as possible. She reminded us of things along the way, that she couldn't do for us. She even provided us with a folder with every document we might need (except for our own identification) it felt like all we had to do was step on the ship! She provided us with lanyards for our sea cards, packing lists, luggage tags. I will never go with anyone else!!! Not to mention she is the kindest person, but also honest!

Another wonderful trip planned by Luciana.
I needed to change the dates in the middle of planning and then needed to shorten the trip- Luciana never blinked an eye and still got us a great discount.
Every detail was thought of - even when to check out of the hotel and when to leave for the airport.
I've always planned all our trips and having Luciana do the planning is a vacation in itself.
I recommend her highly. Am firming up dates for our next trip and I'm letting Luciana take care of everything.

We decided that we wanted to go to Argentina for our honeymoon and a friend put us in contact with Luciana. She hooked us up with a great program that took us to Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls, and Rio de Janeiro.

I had about a million questions as we went through the planning process and Luciana promptly answered everyone of them. If she did not know the answer she reached out to someone who did and got back with us. Before we left she confirmed and double checked all of our reservations. She also sent us a beautifully done itinerary and small gift pack of all of the essentials we would need. While we were in country she made sure to make herself available in case we needed anything.

We had so much fun on our honeymoon and that was largely due to the work and help that Luciana provided us with! I would highly recommend anyone thinking about working with Luciana to book with her, especially for South American travels!

Mrs. Luciana was very helpful and planned our entire trip to Disney for my son’s birthday!!! We will be using her again very soon! Thank you so much for your help!!

Luciana was amazing! She made the planning process for our family trip (with 16 people!) totally smooth and painless. She was always quick to answer our questions and provide advice. She is our forever travel agent!

Luciana is a very thorough and knowledgeable agent, any questions I had she was able to answer.

I have worked with Luciana twice now on our vacation planning to Universal Studios. She is so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the parks! She is a delight to work with and has a magical personality which makes the planning much more personal.

Luciana is the most amazing travel agent! Not only is she so amazing, but she is also so personable! If I ever had a question, Luciana would always message or call me back in the matter of minutes! She had every piece of information needed for my resort. She did everything for my honeymoon, so I didn’t have to worry about anything!!! And when we got to the resort, she had already asked the concierge desk to call and check on us:) I will never, ever use another travel agent other than Luciana!!! Sweetest person alive and the absolute best person to plan your trip! I have already started thinking about the next trip I want her to book! If you have any doubts, DON’T because Luciana is the best in the world!

Thanks Luicana!

We worked with Luciana in May of 2022 to plan a quick, 3-day trip to Disney World. She spent hours on the phone with us to ensure we understood all the ins and outs of prepping for a Disney World trip. We enjoyed our trip SO much that we booked another trip for May of 2023!! The knowledge and expertise that Luciana has about ALL things Disney is truly unmatched. Her recommendations and shared experiences allowed us to have a seamless and enjoyable vacation. We would have been completely lost without the help from Luciana. I cannot recommend her enough!

Luciana was amazing to work with through this process.I planned my honeymoon with her and I’m so thrilled I did. My husband and I were not sure exactly what a honeymoon would look like trying to plan during a time with so many travel restrictions. However, Luciana took great care and paid close attention to details for all of our traveling. She cared about our trip and took excellent measures to make sure everything was taken care of from plane tickets, to van rides, to making sure we had an amazing resort with everything included. She explained each step of the process to us with clear instructions. This process was very easy because of Luciana. I will recommend her to everyone!

She is wonderful. Professional and Knowledgeable
