GREAT!!! Knowledgeable. Always answers questions in a timely fashion, usually within the hour. She took the time to answer everything we asked of her. When I stated that I wanted to stay in The Little Mermaid room, daughter in law’s name is Ariel, she found one for us when it was first not available. I would highly recommend her to family and friends. We are hoping to go back and she would be the first person I would contact.

We have never used a travel agent before but will definitely use Amanda in the future. Amanda helped in all aspects of our travel plans. She listened to what we were looking for in our vacation and recommended Beaches Turks and Caicos which was exactly what we were looking for. She provided help through the entire process. When our trip was rescheduled and then cancelled due to Covid she helped us though all the red tape. We finally made that trip last week and it was everything Amanda had advertised. It was definitely a vacation of a lifetime. She provided helpful travel tips to make navigating the new covid requirements as easy as possible. She gave helpful packing tips that definitely made the trip more enjoyable. She also provided personal recommendations of things to do while at the resort that were spot on.
