Jill is so great to work with! She gets me and my need for all the details - and she's patient with me, by the way! We worked together for my daughter's birthday trip to Disney, a cruise with my nieces and coming up, a Disney Christmas trip gift to my girls! Single Mom Win!

Jill was invaluable helping me plan my last two big trips. I decided to take my teenagers to Disney World for my birthday in 2024. I hadn't been to Disney since a school trip when I was in 7th grade, so I was overwhelmed! Jill helped me plan the entire trip, explained rates, hotel choices, etc. She purchased tickets and made reservations. It was a huge relief not to stay up all night reserving dining etc. She even helped during the trip when we were too exhausted to make it to our dinner location by canceling the reservation to avoid any fees.
So quite naturally after planning the best birthday ever, I went back to her to plan our first cruise. I was extremely intimidated by the way fees are laid out on cruise sites and Jill made it so easy. She explained everything along the way including what I needed for my son when we couldn't get his passport in time for the trip. From night before accommodation recommendations to dining explanations to on board credit Jill thought of everything.
I owe her an eternal debt of gratitude for helping me plan two amazing trips with my children. I pray I'll be able to use her services again.

We can't recommend Jill enough! She helped us plan multiple Virgin Voyages cruises to Mexico, a Carnival cruise to Nassau, and several Walt Disney World vacations, and every trip has been amazing.

No matter how many questions we have, she always take the time to answer them quickly and make sure we feel confident about our plans. It has been amazing working with Jill over the past three years. As soon as I knew we were headed to Disney for a runDisney vacation, she became my first call. From booking our resort, park tickets, and dining reservations to helping with special events, she handled every detail and made the entire planning process effortless.
No matter what came up, Jill was always ready to jump in and help. One of the biggest stressors of any Disney trip is securing those hard-to-get virtual queues for popular attractions. Since the queues often opened right in the middle of our races, Jill was there like clockwork, making sure our group was able to join the queue while we focused on running. Jill went above and beyond getting all the details to our rooms being in perfect location, ensuring we had the dining time we had (even though we were wait listed, she got us early dining), to recommending different excursions. She also sent messages reminding us about check in and see if she could help and then also sent us farewell messages as we were departing to ensure we didn't need anything. She's the best
