Not all travelers are alike. Yet, the Internet is littered with one-size-fits all travel packages that offer basically the same itinerary. But, unlike the faceless online agencies who peddle these packages, I know that you are an individual and should be recognized as such. That is why I will spend the time to speak with you in order to design an itinerary that will meet your needs, wishes, budget and traveling style.

For example, I recently created a customized, three-week trip to Germany for a couple's babymoon. Their itinerary included interesting and unusual stops and attractions -- such as a chance to participate in the English Conversation Club at the Altfrankische Weinstube. I truly believe that unique experiences are what can elevate an itinerary. And that is why I will always strive to find interesting activities, concerts and tours that will help make your trip more memorable.

I will also be there for you if problems should arise before or during your vacation. A good example -- I once booked a flight for an 80-year-old client. The information I received about the flight indicated that luggage would be included in the price. But then I received an email stating that luggage would be extra and my client needed to pay more than the fare we had agreed upon. At that point, some travel agents probably would have given up and just asked the client to pay the extra cost, but I decided to fight for her instead. After several weeks, I was able to get the flight consolidator who published the wrong price to pay for the difference. So, in short, when you book your vacation with me, I promise to be your advocate and your ally during your travels.

Another reason to book your next getaway with me? I am an experienced traveler who has visited many countries in Europe multiple times. I have also been to Disney World more than 75 times, have stayed at a majority of their properties, and have also been on several different cruises. And because I live in Florida -- home to the world's busiest cruise ports -- I am also able to stay up-to-date on ship inspections.
