Certified River Cruise Specialist

Brita was wonderful to work with! She took care of every detail for our LA Congress and Disneyland trip with our church youth group. Everything went smoothly, and we felt completely taken care of. We are so thankful for her help and highly recommend her!

Brita did a wonderful job setting up the Princess cruise for me. I will definitely ask for her help in the future for my next trip or cruise. Thank you so much.

Brita was very patient with us as we got our itinerary together and answered all of our MANY questions. Our trip to Cancun was great! We had no issues going to Cancun whatsoever. Our trip home was a different story… The plane was late by an hour and 20 minutes leaving Cancun, so we missed our flight in San Francisco to come home. United Airlines put us up overnight in San Francisco. Trying to navigate the San Francisco airport was a nightmare… But we made it home and we have great memories, overall.

Brita put together our trip to Cozumel. We wanted an all inclusive trip. She arranged transport to the Westin where we stayed and transport to the airport. Brita arranged our flights. Brita has helped us with several trips and I tell her what we would like to do and then she runs with it coming back with options and prices etc. Brita is timely in her responses and does what she says she will do.

We've worked with Brita for years... VERY happy with the experience! Prompt and professional follow-up, very experienced.. !

Responsive and willing to search out the best deals for my family.

We've worked with Brita on multiple trips to multiple islands. She navigates the crazy world of using airline miles to upgrade flights and the constantly changing rental car businesses with grace and efficiency. She is also a great trouble shooter. I highly recommend her services

Brita has helped my husband and me plan multiple trips, including a perfect stay at the Grand Canyon and travels to the Holy Land and London. She gets us great connections and once rescued us when problems arose on a train trip. We highly recommend her!

Brita assisted with our first trip to Europe. She arranged our train trips, car rental and hotels. She was friendly, helpful and professional. I would use her again.

Brita arranged an international flight for me to Bali, an exotic location to which I had never been before. My stay there was so wonderful I imagined being able to stay longer, but thought it would be difficult to arrange. I emailed my desire to Brita and she promptly and efficiently was able to change my return flights home so that my stay could be extended. It was literally a dream come true!

Brita has been awesome in my opinion. I have recommended her to several friends who want to travel.

Brita has organized many trips for us. She helps us with transportation, lodging, and car rental in the US and overseas. We have come to rely on her advice and services and have never had reason for complaint

Very helpful, worked with us to get a good flight. Unfortunately we had to cancel due to illness, she helped get our flight cancelled.

Fast. Knowledgeable. Courteous person.

Brita knows the travel industry like the back of her hand. She is sharp, responsive, proactive, anticipatory and knowledgeable. Brita has helped us with over a dozen trips during the past several years and she has answers and solutions for whatever we throw at her. If something changes between the time we book and when the travel occurs, she's on top of it. If we have a change to our plans, she makes it happen. If something doesn't go as planned with our trip, she finds a solution. She is our go to resource for all things travel. On top of that, her personality and attitude are lovely. We highly recommend Brita!

Britta has always been there for me when planning my vacation, I just tell her what I want and she comes up with some amazing things to do at the location I am going to.

Brita was very helpful in planning and securing our accommodations.

We needed help planning a trip and Brita listened to what we wanted and she arranged all of our pieces, cruise, multiple flights, multiple hotel options in 3 different foreign cities, transfers to and from hotel to cruise and airports. Many excursions in the various cities, paying close attention to my husbands mobility issues. She is amazing!

It was so helpful to have Brita's help in planning this trip and making all the arrangements. I attempted it on my own, but quickly decided it would de-stress the process if I had some help . Brita's help was so valuable and everything went so smoothly.

Brita worked really hard to get my son and I a vacation we won't forget.

After many years of working with Brita and her booking many wonderful vacations for me she booked a dream vacation for my brother and I driving around Scotland for two weeks. It was the most amazing vacation I’ve ever had. We were actually treated like royalty when we stayed in a castle. When I asked her how she put it all together, she said “I just made you the vacation that I would like to take”. Isn’t that what we would all like to do, travel like a travel agent!

Brita has been a great help in scheduling several of our flights including multiple stop flights. She has also been great about helping us cancel or change our flights when life happened.

Haven’t gone yet! However, with all the time Brita put in it should be great

Brita is a fabulous travel agent and coordinator, she is great with communication, friendly, detail oriented and timely

From the planning to returning home this was a wonderful experience. Brita was awesome in listening to our wants and needs and fulfilling them. She made the whole process a breeze. We will use her expertise in future trips.

Brita helped us achieve our goal of traveling through the Alps from Munich to Bolzano to Genoa. She secured us reasonably priced flights from the U.S. to Germany, and arranged for our hotels in Munich, Bolzano and Genoa. From Munich, we rode the trains to Bolzano, Verona, Milan, Turin and Genoa. The flight back from Genoa through Munich to the U.S. was challenging but we nonetheless made it back to Eugene safe and sound and ready for a week of recovering from jet lag.

Brita was helpful and reassuring from the beginning of our conversations. We primarily needed some help in narrowing down flight options and exploring various transportation options once we arrived in the various countries (car rental, trains, ferries, etc.). At one point when we were looking for a lodging option near Gatwick airport (London area), she suggested a guest house where another client had stayed--a stellar recommendation! She was kind and encouraging, always willing to respond in a timely manner to my questions, also reminding me of any deadlines, checking in with me as we got closer to the departure date for our 5 week trip (Ireland, Scotland, Wales, England, Iceland). We hadn't used a travel agent for many years, and I found it to be a really positive experience--thank you Brita!
