Charlotte has made planning this trip an absolute breeze from start to finish. Being that we were eloping on this trip made it that much more special. She kept touch the entire duration from booking the trip, to now getting close to departure.

We had an amazing experience working with Charlotte, from the beginning of the planning all the way until the end of
Our trip. She made herself available to answer and find out about any questions we had at all. Charlotte was absolutely amazing to work with and we will use her again and again for our upcoming trips. She was on top of everything we needed to do, especially with it being during Covid, she made sure we had all our test dates and times for everything and Made sure we knew the proper protocol for traveling out of country. She stayed monitoring our flights to and from to make sure everything was running on time. We had an amazing experience and she made it possible. She followed up with us during our trip to make sure our accommodations were right and that we were satisfied with everything! She definitely went above and beyond to make this process the easiest ever!
