 With over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, I have developed a passion for helping clients create unforgettable travel memories. My journey in travel began in 1986, following an unforgettable experience living in France and exploring the rich cultures, history, and landscapes of Europe. This time abroad sparked my love for travel, and upon returning to the United States, I pursued formal education in the industry, earning my Certified Travel Associate (CTA) designation through the Travel Institute.

For about six years, I worked at two different travel agencies before taking a break to raise my family. In 2019, I returned to my true passion by joining KHM Travel Group. Since then, I’ve been helping people design dream vacations, particularly for leisure travelers, seniors, honeymooners, anniversary celebrations, and those with a love for river cruises, small ship cruising, and luxury travel.

What sets me apart is my unwavering commitment to my clients. Service is always my top priority. I believe in transparency, providing clear and honest guidance throughout the travel planning process, and ensuring every detail is carefully arranged. Whether it's recommending the best culinary experiences, arranging a scenic wine river cruise, or booking a small, intimate cruise, my goal is to make sure your trip is seamless and filled with special moments. I’m kind, helpful, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable about the destinations and products I offer, which allows me to craft personalized itineraries that meet my clients’ needs.

One of my most memorable experiences was planning a special Mediterranean cruise for a couple celebrating their 35th anniversary. They sailed from Athens, through Croatia, and parts of Italy, with the last destination being Venice. I made sure their stay in Athens was extra special, booking them a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the Acropolis and access to a rooftop lounge. The entire journey was effortless, with all transfers and accommodations meticulously arranged. Their final leg of the trip included a private boat transfer in Venice, where they stayed at a hotel with stunning views of St. Mark’s Square and unforgettable sunsets. Their joy and satisfaction were incredibly rewarding for me.

I’ve also had the privilege of supporting clients during difficult times, such as when a client’s husband became ill on a Mediterranean cruise. I stayed in close contact, managing their travel protection, flight, and hotel arrangements until they were safely home. These types of personal touches are what I strive for in every aspect of my work.
