We just got back from a 7 day trip to Puerto Vallarta and it was perfection! When I called Jenessa I wasn't even sure where we wanted to go but she asked all the right questions and recommended a couple places based on our families wants and needs. Once we made our choice she guided us through the whole process and answered all of our questions. I can't speak highly enough about Jenessa and can't wait to plan our next trip!

I have never used a travel agent before Jenessa, and now I know why people use them! It was a relief to have someone show us multiple vetted vacation options, who could bundle hotel, airfare, transportation within our budget, and insure the trip for my husband and I in case things went wrong. Would definitely use her again if trying to take another holiday somewhere she specializes. Especially with how expensive and complicated travel has been this year, it’s a blessing to have someone take the reins for you. Highly recommend her!
