I’ve always been infatuated by world cultures, and I’ve spent most of my life traveling and learning about as many countries as possible. I’m trilingual and speak English, Hindi, and Spanish fluently, and I’ve been to nearly 60 countries on multiple continents.
I grew up near Chicago and recently moved to the Detroit metro area with my husband. I became a travel agent because traveling is one of my biggest passions and I’ve always enjoyed helping people create dream vacations. I specialize in vacations to worldwide destinations like:

I’ll help you see the country's greatest sights and enjoy its best activities, and I’ll make sure you have ample time to experience everything without feeling rushed.
I go beyond being a travel agent by becoming your own personal consultant who will guide you towards the best trip possible. I’ll personalize your entire itinerary so it fits your goals, and I’ll help you travel the world whether you’re going solo, with your kids for the first time, or in a group of any size. Plus, I’ll be available to provide personalized recommendations and insights into your destination so you can have an unforgettable experience.
I’ve also helped people overcome problems during their trips like unexpected storms, flight delays, and other common issues. Should anything happen, I’ll work quickly to find the best solution so you can continue enjoying your trip without interruption. One time, my client's flights were severely delayed due to the weather, but I contacted the airlines and hotels and had everything taken care of before my client could worry. In the end, they had an amazing time on their vacation!

I have nothing but great things to say. Jillian far exceeded any ideas we had on a travel agent. My husband and I planned a trip to Ireland last summer and it was a once in a lifetime trip. Jillian did everything. She coordinated the flight, hotels and castles. She even got a driver. We just sent her some documents and an idea of what we wanted to do and where we we wanted to go. She did the rest. It was that easy. We are now headed back to Ireland next summer with our 2 girls. And of course Jillian was our first call. She's still top notch. I have referred people to her. I really hope they take my advice because there is no one better. And that means you have the best trip ever without hassle of doing the tedious things. Planning is now fun. The hardest part of the whole ordeal was packing. And I'll take that.

Most unique trip ever!

Jillian helped us plan one of our best trips ever! She had inside knowledge for great lodging and unique experiences along the way. This was our 30th Anniversary trip to the Big 5 National Parks in Utah. We stayed in fabulous hotels, glamped and almost stayed in a teepee, but chose a wonderful cabin instead. Jillian arranged for special little surprises along the way. We couldn't have planned a trip like this ourselves. She made it so memorable!!

Jillian was absolutely phenomenal, and I will never plan a trip like this without her! She organized everything for me, and didn’t leave one detail behind. I gave her a price range, told her I was traveling with my 22 year old kids and what we were all hoping for, and then she went to town! She sent me a few options, I made the selection, and a month later we found ourselves having the absolute most terrific time in the Dominican Republic! She was always available to answer any question, and if she didn’t have an answer, she found one within 30 minutes. Multigenerational All Inclusive Family Vacation

Jillian was so flexible and helpful from our first phone call. Jillian took all of our needs for our multigenerational all inclusive trip and found many options for us to choose from. She was diligent in checking the distances from the rooms to the beach, food accommodations for any allergies, checking for baby amenities and checking for the safety for toddlers in each resort. She even went above and beyond to find out the height of the balcony railings to be sure it was the best choice for my family. From start to finish, Jillian was attentive, professional, and anticipated all questions we would have and found the answers before we could even ask. Once in a lifetime trip!

Jill is extremely knowledgable and takes her time to find the best value for your money. I traveled to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and the Maldives. Jill pays great attention to detail and safety. She arranged an amazing trip with guides who were informative and knew the culture. I was able to get the most of all locations within the amount of time I could take. I felt I got to see the best and didn't feel rushed or overwhelmed. Off roading in the desert, camel camps/rides, sand boarding, great food and entertainment, Ferrari tour in Dubai, Emirates Palace, Dubai mall, Souks, Bollywood theme park, top of Burj Dubai Khalifa, snorkeling/scuba diving, kayaking, Greyhound tour, over the water ocean villa, live entertainment in the desert. Stress Free Experience

Incredible Spring Break in Spain !

Our spring break trip to Spain was nothing short of incredible and we owe a lot to our travel agent, Jillian Everhart. From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully planned, allowing us to fully enjoy both vibrant city life of Barcelona and Madrid and rich cultural experiences at Granda and Seville. The itinerary struck a perfect balance and we explored urban scenes filled with great food, shopping while also immersing ourselves in the history and traditions that make Spain so unique.
What really stood out was the nuances of these experiences such as Arab Baths and Costa Brava day trips which were suggestions from Jillian and we wouldn't have booked on our own. Jillian's helped us with the travel advisories, logistics which included travel, accommodations, transfers and excursions.
Jillian made her self available whenever we had questions and the regular check-ins made sure we were in sync with the plan.
If you are looking for a travel agent that can help design a trip the blends comfort and adventure and also provide support like a friend, it is Jillian.

My parents had come over this summer and my hope was to show them the best time of their life. Jillian and I had several discussions where she was able to outline the benefits of doing a rail/road tours as compared to cruise only. She showed great patience in hearing my concerns, questions and was able to point me to wealth of resources to plan my trip. She was able to really cater the tour to fit my parent's needs and was able to give us a lot of tips in regards to the weather, food and things to do. Before and during the trip, she did several check-ins with us to make sure we had everything covered.
My parents and I had a very relaxing tour and all the arrangements made were without any chaos or surprises. All the arrangements were very nicely managed and I was able to track my itinerary, through the Axus travel app.

She planned our Puerto Rico trip and it was thoroughly planned, I can tell that she spent a lot of time doing the research to find the unique spots that I wanted to see. She also listed the recommended restaurants and the list of foods to try. The app was so helpful, it had the full details of the trip and it was very easy to follow and everything I needed (the documents, the passes, etc) were all in one place and easy to access. The greatest trip that almost happened

Jillian was great to work with. She helped me build a custom trip with six stops in Europe for my family of four in June 2020. She worked with me to find the best deals and even during a hiccup with the wrong name on an airline ticket, Jillian was able to work magic. It was going to be an awesome trip, at least until COVID-19 changed all our plans. Even then, Jillian was amazing and helped us with refunds and cancellations. I can't imagine having to do that all on my own. She was a great partner and I can't wait to reschedule our trip with her.

An exceptional trip made easy

I was skeptical about hiring a travel agent to plan a trip, but my husband found Jillian and as soon as we had our first phone call, I realized how much time and effort she would save us for very little money. Jillian knew the trade-offs of train vs. plane, of where to stay and how to maximize our time. She was quick with answers and superb with advice about Costa Brava and Barcelona. She encouraged us to talk about what each family member wanted to do and then put together a plan that made us all ecstatic. Plus the app reduced any minor worries about paper work, check-ins, and transitions from one place to the next.

It was a blessing to have Jillian’s expertise planning this trip. 16 people, during Covid restrictions on the exact anniversary date of my parents in another country. Traveling with kids, pregnant woman and competing from 3 different states. Jillian had us prepared and was on top of our insurance claim when some luggage went missing. We all had a amazing unforgettable trip.

Great Vacation

We worked with Jillian when looking to set up a trip to escape the cold this winter. We were looking at options and reviews on our own and then asked for Jillian's assistance. She listened to our "wants" and then shared five different options that we had never even considered. What was helpful is that Jillian had personally visited some of these resorts previously, and a couple of others were visited by her past clients. We reviewed all of the resort information she provided, zeroed it down to one location, and quite frankly, had an absolute fantastic time. Amazing Trip to the Caribbean

I can never say enough about working with Jillian! I would not feel comfortable leaving the country without her, especially with all the new rules/regulations for travel. I watched many travelers that were unaware of requirements that were held up trying to complete forms.
We were traveling for my Birthday. Our trip started in Isla Mujeres, took us to Cancun, and ended in Riviera Maya. Customized from the very start. Transportation waiting to pick us up with a Birthday sign and flowers all set up by Jillian. All hotels were aware of my Birthday and I had special little surprises throughout the trip.
I had the customized app Axus for the trip as well. This is a wonderful app that allows you to track all of your trips but more importantly provided documents and an itinerary all in one spot. I could look at my flight number/departure time, names of transportation, hotels, etc. A must for any future trip! I highly recommend Jillian. Lifetime memories!

There are not enough stars available to give Jillian a proper rating. She is so far above a 5 star review. Jillian took the time to get to know me as a person to help me plan the perfect vacation for me and my family. Our vacation was planned during COVID. Jillian assisted me in changing all my travel plans and continued to check on me through the quarantine months. When Oct came, she guided me in making the decision to move forward with our plans. Our resort was perfect, our exertion was amazing! Then Hurricane Delta came upon us with fierce force. We had to evacuate to a different Karisma resort an hour south. Jillian was able to communicate with the resort, airport, etc . to keep us abreast of the situation and to check on us. She even took my mother's contact to reach out to her if we lost service. She went so far above and beyond, I felt as though I had a friend on my side watching over me. I wish I could find better words to express how highly I would recommend her.

Extra mile customer service

She then went the extra mile when the whole trip had to be rerouted given coronavirus (I was flying to Bangkok through China).
