From the moment I contacted Donna about our family's vacation ideas and throughout the entire planning process, Donna made our plans a priority and treated us like family. Awesome Family Thanksgiving Cruise

Donna helped us by answering all our questions and making sure we understood. It has been a while since we have cruised so we were uncertain of how things may have changed. She made us feel comfortable and prepared. It was my husband's birthday and she helped make it special by telling me about ordering a birthday cake through the Carnival app and having it sent to the room on his birthday. She also noted that we could order water ahead of time and have it in our room waiting on us. We had a great time- thanks for everything!
