Jo was amazing every stage of the process. We had never used a travel agent before, but the idea of plan a Disneyland trip on my own was daunting! Jo took all the stress out of the planning process. All I had to do was answer a few questions, choose from the list of places to stay that fit our budget, and pay the bill. Jo was so helpful in giving us information about the parks, tips and tricks, eating recommendations, etc. She got us hooked up with the Disneyland app, photo pass, Maxpass, and Fastpass. My husband was so impressed with my knowledge at the park, but it was all from Jo! She was also available via cellphone anytime I needed when we were on our trip. We had THE BEST trip ever. We made priceless memories our family will cherish. Thanks to Jo we just showed up and had fun!!!

Perfect magical trip to Disney World

We had never been to Disney World, so the thought of planning the trip was very overwhelming. Jo helped to put our minds at ease from the start. We did not make it easy for her because we did our trip over the busiest time time at Disney--over Christmas/New Years. With her magical fairies as my daughters would say (I would say with her hard work even in the very early morning hours), she managed to get every fast pass and dining experience we wanted. My daughters were able to see every princess, including their favorite part of eating dinner on New Year's Day at the Royal Table. We booked our our flights, but she still e-mailed me when the flights opened to be sure I would be able to get tickets. She texted us while we were there just to make sure we did not have any further questions. There is not a single thing I would have changed about our vacation and we have Jo to thank for that. We will be using her to plan our trips to Hawaii and Turks and Calcos in the future.

Best Surprise Trip
