Rachel just helped my friends and I plan our third cruise vacation. Each time Rachel has more than exceeded our expectations! Despite many many questions on our end Rachel always had an answer for us and helped us get the "best" vacation with our sometimes limited budget. She has been invaluable in knowing the features of each cruise ship and helping to guide our choices. She has helped balance the wants of young children with those of the adults in our travel group. Can't wait to book our next trip through her! She has been helping us with our vacations since 2012!

Rachel Cohen made the planning of my family's vacation very easy and also she helped with every aspect. There were so many new things to leave about WDW and she explained them in great detail and went over with me things that I was confused with. When we were doing my fast passes she was up with me at midnight helping me every step of the way. She goes over and beyond and I appreciate that - made me for the first time in a long time relax and enjoy my vacation!

Rachel was wonderful along every step of the way. She helped us plan our trip to Florida via the auto train and made sure we had cabins in the same sleeper car (there were six of us travelling). Rachel also made sure I had a handle on all the dates that different things could be booked on our cruise - excursions, special dining, etc. - so we didn't miss out on anything! Any hiccups, Rachel took care of them. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and our trip!! We recommend her to all our friends who are planning trips, whether or not to Disney, because she is that terrific!
