We wanted to thank you and tell you what a great vacation we had. Pueblo Bonito is a nice place to relax and enjoy a little R&R. All inclusive is a nice way to go when you are hanging around the hotel. All of your arrangements were perfect. American Eagle was very accommodating quickly taking us from domestic flights over to international by shuttle so we didn't miss our connection to/from Cabo. The LAX remodel is no place for sissies or unseasoned travelers. Overall everything went smooth. The shuttle service did not have any identifiable logos, shirts or vans so it was a little confusing upon arrival. When we located him he also gave us a pick up time for departure. We tried to have our concierge contact them to verify time but there was not a phone number anywhere on our paperwork. Made me a little nervous but everything worked out fine. He was only running a few minutes late. Now it is back to reality and begin thinking of our next trip. Thank you for all your help.
