Angeline was very supportive and provided information and updates every step of the process. She was extremely responsive to any and all questions and gave excellent suggestions for how to navigate the airport in Mexico when we arrived. The only thing that would have been helpful - and I'm not sure it exists - is "travel/insider tips" for visiting an all-inclusive resort. I didn't realize tipping was customary to bartenders and wait staff and thought gratuities were included in the price. But that was my naivety for not asking.

From beginning to even after our vacation was over, Angie was there to assist us. Her professionalism, expertise, patience and overall very pleasant personality, was evident from our first contact and every contact afterwards. She responded quickly to all questions, offered suggestions and guided us throughout the entire process. To our great delight, the hotel where we stayed, gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and other various treats and we have no doubt that Angie arranged this to make our trip even more memorable. I have and will continue to recommend her services to friends and family!
