"Life is too short to take crappy vacations!"
That statement is a personal as well as professional creed. Why should you use an agent like me instead of booking that vacation trip online? Here are just a few reasons that keep my clientele loyal -
1. I know whether you're getting a good 'deal'. And I'll tell you if that 'deal' you see online is actually a 'deal'.
2. I know where to stay to give you the best experience based on your needs and wants. If I happen to be unfamiliar with a specific area, I have access to suppliers who are.
3. I've got your back. I am the only person who answers my phone. I learn about my clients, and when you are ready to go somewhere again, I already know you. Try getting that level of service from an online travel agency.
4. Ideally, I like to package travel whenver possible so you get a total price. Often, I work with suppliers that can provide a reduced deposit giving you the best deal with time to pay for your package. Packages can include flights, transfers, resort, excursions, activities, and even travel insurance. Why pay completely up front for a trip you won't be taking for months?
5. I do research for you. I do encourage you to do a bit of research, but when it comes to choices, I narrow the options to just a few so you can make an informed decision based on our conversations.
6. You don't pay me for my services. When you allow me to book your vacation, I'm paid by the resort, cruise line, or supplier we've used. The only exception is when I've requested a Plan to Go Deposit for more complex trips or numerous quotes. In those instances, the deposit will apply to your final payment. If you elect to use another agent or book on your own, that deposit will be retained to compensate me for my time.
These benefits are the backbone of my business. And I provide them to you whether you are just planning a getaway for the two of you, a destination wedding, a family reunion, or a friends gathering.

Couldn't be better. Our expectations were set appropriately and everything that WAS set was spot on. Mr. Harmon is extremely responsive and very patient.

Gordon met with us just once, but we covered a lot in that meeting. We initially did not want to go to Mexico for our honeymoon, but he recommended one place (that we ended up picking) and it was great. Stacy has arranged travel for us twice; once to Disney and once to the Dominican Republic. Stacy makes it SO easy! Both times we gave him a list of criteria and he found the perfect trip! Not only does Stacy take the stress off of traveling, but he also thinks of the extras - when we visitied Disney he asked the right questions to determine which Disney hotel our kids would enjoy most (Pirates!). He was also available when we needed him - quick to respond to text, call, or email. He is kind, cheerful, and a delight to work with.

Bak-to-back Caribbean cruise - eastern and western

Stacy was on top of everything, from his first query about whether we would be interested in this cruise right up to when he gathered all his clients together for breakfast on our last day on the ship, so we could all wish each other fair winds and following seas. He was attentive throughout the 2 weeks of the cruise, helping us deal with a couple of issues, assisting with specialty restaurant reservations, organizing game times on at-sea days, checking out our haunts each evening to be sure everything was going well, and keeping in communication with us to be sure all our needs were being met and to offer his help at any time. A Taste of Europe

Gordon booked us on a NCL 11 day cruise from Lisbon to Rome, a port a day, kept us moving for sure. We stayed in Lisbon 3 days before the cruise and 3 days in Rome after. The hotels booked by Ease-Up Travel were more than sufficient for our needs. Centrally located, modest accommodations, not luxurious, very accommodating, clean, courteous and friendly.
Gordon also arranged for transportation between the hotels and airports and the hotels and the ports. All the drivers were courteous, friendly and helpful. Another excellent service provided by Ease-Up that I would strongly recommend utilizing, no worries..
Definitely provided enough of a flavor for that part of the world to want to return for an extended period. A trip each to Lisbon and Barcelona and another split between Florence and Rome in Italy.

A Fantastic Taste of Europe

We took a cruise from Lisbon to Rome, 11 days, 11 ports, a lot to see.
Having never been to Southern Europe, it was a great introduction to the Western Mediterranean. Gordon booked the cruise on NCL. We flew into Lisbon 3 days early to get a taste of the city and stayed in Rome 3 days after, for the same reason.
The weather was mixed but to be expected in April, and we were prepared.
The hotels Gordon setup for us in Lisbon and Rome were excellent for our stays. Centrally located and very good accommodations, would recommend them if you're not looking for exquisite luxury. Gordon also setup the transportation from each hotel to/ from the airport and the hotels and ports. All drivers were on time, courteous and very helpful. I would also highly recommend these services.
All-in-all a very good vacation arranged through Ease-Up Travel.

Paradise does exist and Stacy has always been able to find it no matter our budget. I love that he gives us an array of choices and finds things we didn't even know existed e.g., a charter direct flight from Nashville to Cancun! Saved us hours of travel and hassle. My husband is a hard core internet researcher and a detailed questioner - even he hasn't been able to beat Stacy's record and Stacy has been very patient with the barrage of questions. Gordon (Stacy) Harmon provided unparalleled service for my wife and I in planning our 15th anniversary vacation in 2014. We had some "vague" ideas of a trip. Stacy talked to us about a "special" vacation to truly commemorate our marriage. In the end, he convinced us on a trip to Playa del Carmen in Mexico. He also was able to offer additional features that we would have, quite frankly, been unable to secure on our own. Stacy was right there during the planning, preparation and return home.
