My name is Dominique Barba. I'm the owner of Bliss Travel Service. I live in sunny Arizona with my two beautiful children and two chihuahuas. It would be my pleasure to show you how easy it is to work with a travel agent and get the best vacation for your money!
I specialize in luxury travel; river cruises, ocean cruises, all-inclusive vacations, and packages to Europe. I work with destination wedding groups, social groups, and corporate incentive groups.

An Anniversary to Remember

We had a wonderful experience with Bliss Travel, Dominique Barba being our travel agent. My husband and I traveled to Italy and cruised to the Greek Islands for 3 weeks early June 2018, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, without any issues. Dominique ensured with great accuracy all our travel plans including flights, transfers, excursions with tour guides. Dominique provided exceptional customer service, staying in close communication with us throughout the entire planning process, up to the day of our departure. Dominique made suggestions to even enhance our anniversary celebration further, ie. upgrading to mini suite on cruise for a minimal increase in price. My husband and I had an unforgettable time in Europe, and will definitely use Dominique and Bliss Travel in our future, hoping near future!

I have never used a travel agent before but this trip we decided to try Bliss Travel Service. Dominique stepped in and got us a great deal on a trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Unfortunately, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we were forced to cancel our trip. Because we went with Dominique's recommendation to purchase travel insurance we are able to get a full refund...and she even took care of all the details for us. We did not have to contact the travel insurance company at all! This just reinforces the fact that we made a good decision to go with Bliss Travel! Next trip? I will contact Dominique and rest easy knowing we are well taken care of!

An Extraordinary Travel Agent

Dominique, Owner of Bliss Travel, is an extraordinary travel agent.
My husband and I wanted to find a travel agent who would help us to create a month-long vacation covering four countries. Whereas other agents wanted us to put together the itinerary so they could simply “book” the trip, Dominique listened to what we wanted and helped to create the itinerary based on our preferences. Also, Dominique saved us SO much money in helping us to avoid pitfalls.
Unfortunately, the Pandemic caused us to delay the trip. Given the trip was custom and involved a myriad of airlines, trains, accommodations, etc., we feared that we would lose thousands. Dominique surprisingly was able to recoup almost every dollar we had spent on the down payment.
My advice to you is to contact Dominique for any upcoming travel. We are going to be taking our trip in the Fall of 2021 and are comforted to know that Dominique’s amazing customer service will be behind us.

The Best Laid Plans...

We loved working with Dominique to plan our Alaskan cruise, even though it never happened! Dominique was professional, courteous and always responded to us promptly and with as much information as we requested, and often more. She understood this was a once in a lifetime trip for public school teachers and was always looking out for both value and experience. We also booked airline tix through her for a separate trip (that didn’t happen!) and her turnaround with that itinerary was phenomenal. We felt so badly for her when our trip fell through due to the pandemic. We look forward to a time when travel resumes safely and she can once more be our guide. Family Trip to Italy

Dominique was very organized and did a great job finding amazing places to stay, arranging transportation between destinations and finding a very reasonable flight itinerary. We are very busy professionals and don't have a lot of free time so her expertise and planning really made all of this possible. She did a great job of incorporating our input into the final itinerary and her planning made travel between cities with a child very easy. We were also very glad that she was so accessible while we were overseas to help us coordinate with service vendors. We have used Dominique before and wanted to get her expertise again in planning our trip on a river cruise in Western Europe. We travel with another couple who is located in Vermont as we are in Washington state. This adds a bit to the complexity of coordinating the travel. Best of Europe Family Adventure

My husband and I took our 2 daughters (ages 18 and 21) on a European adventure to celebrate several important milestones our kids had reached. We started making a rough plan for our trip 3 years ago, figuring out which countries/cities we wanted to visit etc. As we narrowed it down and started looking into the finer details, like how we would get from place to place, where we would stay etc, we quickly became overwhelmed with all the decisions due to our lack of experience (we've never been to Europe before, or traveled abroad in general). We decided to work with a travel agent about a year and a half ago, and had the privilege of working with Dominique Barba with Bliss Travel. This was the best decision we could have EVER made. We gave Dominique the locations we wanted to visit (London, Paris, Lucerne, Venice and Rome) as well as a list of activities we wanted to be sure to include at each stop...she took it from there and created a trip of a lifetime. Dominique was amazing to work with ! She made the process of booking our family trip to Italy so much easier and gave me the peace of mind to just dream about going ! We had to cancel our first trip because of Covid in 2020 and she helped us retrieve a big portion of the money that we had spent. Vacation of a lifetime

I usually book all my travel plans through a popular online site and have felt like I was getting pretty good deals and finding nice accommodations, So I was reluctant to go through an agency, But after doing some online research and finding "Bliss" was a highly rated agency, I took the chance to let her book our Cancun vacation. I'm so glad I did! Dominique did all the work and found a perfect location based on our personal desires and financial situation, and she even saved us money on the package based on what I'd found online! She made valuable recommendations, including the all-inclusive resorts, which I'd never been to, but absolutely loved. She gave us updates and pointers, provided detailed recommendations about activities, restaurants, excursions and fun local hotspots. I never would have had this information without her.
