With over two decades in corporate aviation and sales and marketing, Heidi Ratajesak knows what it takes to keep Global Travel Management running smoothly – by sea, on the ground and in the air. As a Travel Coordinator, she handles charter sales, dispatch, concierge services and international trip planning for our countless clients. Heidi brings a wealth of experience to the GTM team, holding numerous roles in aviation including, consulting, corporate flight attendant, Director of In-Flight, sales, operations, marketing – and everything aviation in between. With over 10 years of experience working with top corporate executives, Hollywood actors, recording artists, professional sports teams and other A-listers, she has perfected the art of customer service for even the most elite clients. When not serving the clients of GTM, Heidi enjoys spending time with her son, yoga and pursuing her other passion of photography.
