Ocean Cruise Expert

It’s great to have a travel agent who has been to the places that you’re wanting to travel to. Nate is extremely confident in what he’s doing and was a great asset in our vacation planning. I would recommend him to anyone looking to improve on their travel experience

Nate did a great job helping us with our cruise! He saved us quite a bit of money, and was very attentive to our needs.

Nate is thorough and goes the extra mile to make sure you will have a great experience. He gives so much personal attention and care that we always felt like we were in very capable hands. Wouldn’t have wanted to book this trip without his expertise, he made it smooth sailing and so memorable!

Nate was very attentive, answered questions in the months leading up to our trip and kept giving tips along the way. On the trip he was available to make sure we understood the Disney Experience and app to make sure we got the most out of our week there. Will absolutely book a trip with him again

Nate was super excited to book our cruise. Very knowledgeable and eager to answer all of my many questions. He even checked on us prior to boarding the cruise and even post cruise to see how everything went. I was quite anxious to travel alone with my kids but he put my mind at ease. No doubt I’ll contact him when we take another vaca!!!

Nate has always gone above and beyond ! They were quite a few hiccups with this trip but in the end, it was one of the best trips we have taken. I can not recommend Nate enough! He makes vaca planning a breeze!

Nate is amazing and always makes each trip memorable. He never forgets a detail!

Nate was super helpful! He was easy to work with and always willing to listen. I had some last minute travel anxiety and I’ll never forget his words “You got this”.

Nate helped us every step of the way. He was always available for quick chat and took care of all our needs and concerns. We will totally be booking something with him again.

Nate was great! He remained flexible and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He continued to check in with us while we were in vacation to ensure we were enjoying the experience. Highly recommend!

Nate us fantastic to work with! Timely response time & always went above and beyond to ensure we had the best vacation possible at the best price!

Nate was wonderful! We booked one set of rooms then decided to move from a Central Park balcony to an ocean view balcony! He made sure our small group was together and followed up with allergy needs, bedding requests! He took away the stress of having to call Royal Caribbean ourselves and made all the calls for us! Thank you Nate!

Why would you go anywhere else. Nate went above and beyond for my first experience on a vacation like we had. Will never go anywhere else for out vacations but to Nate.

Very professional. Research expert who provides all information gleaned from this research.

Nate was super helpful and found every thing we where looking for!

We just got back from our first family cruise, such a great trip! Nate was readily available each step of the way to answer our questions and offer amazing cruising tips. He even recommended things I would have never thought of or even found on Pinterest, which was greatly appreciated and super useful. Being a first time cruiser, I had many questions and concerns. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. He checked in multiple times prior to our set sail date to see if we had any questions and to make sure we were aware of the boarding process etc. We had a great time and thanks to his help it was one of the most relaxing/stress free vacations we’ve taken from start to finish! I will definitely use Nate for all future travel needs and highly recommend that you do as well!!

Nate was great, very thorough and easy to work with, kept us informed at all times

Nate was always super responsive and helpful with questions that we had. He booked our first cruise for us and we now have our second booked through him. He sent us info on what to pack and what to expect. This answered so many questions and also told us things we never thought to ask about. We love working with him.

Nate was such an amazing help! My husband and I wanted to book our honeymoon trip to Universal and we didn’t know where to start where we decided to book our trip so last minute. Nate helped us research and book our entire vacation! The process was so seamless and Nate was so responsive and helpful, he answered any questions we had in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Nate to everyone!!

He’s the best . Made sure everything was 100 percent

I contacted Nate because I had an idea for a vacation but I wasn't sure how to move forward. Within a few days I had an email with multiple options, including a variety of prices. I really like that at no point did I feel like I was being directed into the most expensive options, which has happened to me before with other travel agents. I also liked that Nate added bits of information, for example trip A was less expensive than trip B because of the hotel location and amenities, not overall quality. Just before my trip, Nate checked in and even included a "tip sheet" since he had been to Universal Orlando before, and that was incredibly helpful. The day before my trip (Easter Sunday!) I had to make a last minute change. One text to Nate, and it was handled. That is service you cannot get from DYI online booking, and the fact that it was a holiday and Nate still responded quickly and resolved it was such a relief! I absolutely recommend Nate!

Nate did a lot research to offer me many different options. I ended up getting a great vacation package at an affordable price, and more importantly, I got his input and advice, more than I could ever get from an app or a website!

Nate always goes above and beyond putting the client first.

Nathaniel was very responsive and prompt in his follow-up. When we needed to have our flights changed because the airlines adjusted the times (and did not leave enough time for a layover), he spent hours on the phone with the airline getting this done for us.

Awesome awesome awesome!!!

Top notch, he is an expert an all things travel related and if you stump him he is happy to figure out what you need. He is quick to reply to messages and does a wonderful job of treating your vacation as his top priority. We took a family of 5 to Disney and enjoyed ourselves because all the logistics had already been worked out. Truly the trip of a lifetime.
