Kaitlynn did a fantastic job helping us plan our cruise. She answered all our questions and gave us expert advise and insights. She sent very helpful information along the way, like packing lists, tips for port stops, and last minute reminders. She was very responsive to questions, and I felt like she was really an asset to the trip experience, giving us lots of pointers and suggestions. I would highly recommend using Kaitlynn for travel planning!

Kaitlynn did a fantastic job helping us plan our vacation for our family of 5 and additionally bringing my parents along as well. We stayed on property at Disney, had passes to all the parks, and even scheduled a day in Universal too! She helped us book all of our meals, lighting passes and helped set us up on a VIP tour at Universal. Even during the trip, when we had an issue with the resort, Kaitlynn was quickly there on the phone to help advise us of what to ask for and how to get additional help from the Staff at Disney.

I worked with Kaitlynn to plan a Paris trip. She did a great job and took care of everything. I plan on having her assist with our international trip. 10/10 would recommend.

Kaitlynn arranged a Spring break trip to San Diego for my sister, niece and I. She made it so easy. I shared the general plans of what we wanted to do (Legoland and Disneyland) and she figured out the details. She is a great communicator and helped me stay on top of the details and in budget. She had great suggestions for an unplanned day in San Diego to go to a specific beach, which was a great experience. Also, she was very quick to respond, so I felt like if anything went wrong she’d be easy to get a hold of…but everything was amazing! I will totally use her again for my next trip!

Kaitlynn did a great job planning our trip to Montana and Yellowstone National Park! We asked her for accommodations that were close to the park with a beautiful view, and she really delivered! Our room at the Ridgeline in Gardiner was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were perched above the rapids of the Yellowstone River with a gorgeous, unobstructed view of the river and mountains. At night we could see so many stars! We were a short walk from restaurants and shops, and there were even deer and elk on the hotel grounds. We had an amazing trip, but when the second leg of our flight home was cancelled, Kaitlynn really sprang into action. The best that the airline was offering was a 2-3 stop flight the following day that would take 12-14 hours. Kaitlynn booked us on a nonstop flight on another airline that took just over 2 hours. She also provided helpful links so we could get reimbursed for the cancelled flight. I highly recommend Kaitlynn for any trip you are planning.
