We planned our trip within 3 weeks of travel. Lisa worked with ab sense of urgency and got us a great deal on a wonderful cruise line that fulfilled our families adventurous needs with a splash of relaxation. Lisa was wonderful! She helped us pick a resort that was family friendly. As the vacation got closer she sent us more tips and tricks. She was even able to switch our flights when the trip got closer getting us to fly out closer to home. We had an issue with our transportation for our dolphin experience (not Lisa’s fault) and she was on the phone and was able to help us out in no time! We will be traveling again and would certainly go through Lisa again! She’s honest and gets you the best bang for your budget!

Lisa has helped us plan two vacations so far. One cruise with our children and one beautiful all inclusive resort in Cancun for my husband and I. I really should say that Lisa planned the vacation and I just followed the itinerary she gave me so I knew where to be and when, simple and easy. Our family had the very best trip to the Dominican Republic- planned by Lisa Sanders. We are not very experienced travelers, and we have a big family, so it can be challenging to book out of the country trips. Lisa thought of everything- from the transport to the airport to our transport to the resort. We didn’t have to worry about anything! She took all of my requests for what we wanted in a resort and chose the perfect location! We have babies and teens in our group and everyone was happy! We ran into some hiccups with booking a resort that was experiencing delays in opening. Lisa was patient and accommodating and did a lot of extra work to make sure we didn't lose out. She was able to get us booked at a comparable resort and got us credit for our original trip.

Lisa was wonderful as always facilitating our family vacation to Disney World. Though we have been several times, we were so thankful to have Lisa help us understand the new ride system. She also booked our dining and we got all of the reservations s that we were hoping to, and booked our ride passes which was amazing because they are time sensitive and We were unable to book them while we were working. Also, part of our group needed to change their reservation and arrive a day late, which was so nice having our travel agent able to do this for us. Another flawless trip. Thank you!!

Everything was already thought out for us, so there was no guess work for us on our trip. Instead, we were able to just ENJOY the trip and our time together. We went on a Royal Caribbean cruise and tacked on a couple days in Disney ahead of time, so planning this trip would have been a mess without Lisa's expertise.
