Jennifer is the best from the first moment you begin planning. From the moment you let her know that you are interested in planning, she supplies ALL the info you may need. She sends reminders and is always available to handle any little (or big) unique challenge of a trip. I'm still amazed at a situation we had where we had about a hour to vacate a hotel and make new arrangements. We happened to be in Orlando, so I reached out to her and although she was actually on an airplane, she managed to get our party of 8 accomodations and park tickets at Disney in less than that hour. We were able to go straight to our hotel and were in the parks in less than 2 hours. She takes the stress out of planning and leaves the enjoyment and anticipation of a well orchestrated trip in your hands. We love working with her!

Jen Suissa has been my family’s travel agent for a while now. She has always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Jennifer is an amazing travel agent! She is so helpful with quality feedback, timely with her communication and thorough in her education. I have used a few travel agents and she makes the process seamless! Any time a milestone was coming up for a payment or reservation, she was already sending me a link or reminder with instructions before I could ask. She makes herself very available even when she's out of the office. I've never waited more than 24 hours for a response. Being a Mom of 3 littles, we have specific needs for our travel and Jennifer has always guided us with individualized recommendations based on her own experience not just desire to push a specific resort. I even had a resort in mind and Jennifer shared she did not recommend the resort and provided the reasons and alternative quality resort options. She could have taken my $ and ran but I truly appreciated her honest feedback and guidance. With Jennifers assistance, We ended up booking our trip to Hyatt Ziva in Jamaica and it was the best family friendly all inclusive resort we've ever been to. We have booked with Jennifer ever since!
