We were never going to go on a cruise. Never! However, we love Disney and Wendy was there to help. She assured us that if we loved Disney, we would love it even more on their cruise ship. We ended going to Disney for 3 days prior to our cruise. We were tired, but excited for our cruise. The minute we got on the boat we felt as if the trip was built just for us. Cruise members knew our names, Disney special touches at every turn (but not overwhelming) and we had an amazing time because of Wendy. She took special care of our needs and what we were looking for especially since we never thought we would go on a cruise! We will use her again!

Awesome Vacation

Everything Wendy arranged was fantastic! The drivers were on time which is most important but also friendly and knowledgeable which was so helpful for us. The lodging choices were beautiful, comfortable, and in perfect locations. We did not know what we wanted to do for excursions. The Keukenhof Tulip Festival has been on my mom's bucket list for ages. So, for her 60th birthday, she asked her fellow Yaya Travel-Pants Sisters (i.e. me and her best friend) to go BIG with a bucket-list bday trip to the Netherlands.
That said, there was a lot riding on this trip and thanks to Wendy, it went off without a hitch. Danube River Cruise

Fun trip with new and old friends

Another bucket - list trip!

My husband and I had never done a river cruise and this one had the added bonus for attending Oktoberfest at the end of the cruise! The group Wendy and Amy put together was fantastic! Everyone wanted to have fun and relax and see amazing and beautiful sites! As usual, Wendy and Amy took the hassle out of traveling and all the details were completed without a care. Making travel plans with WOTF ensures a great vacation with all the bells and whistles and none of the stress and worry. I do wish we had had a meet and greet with all the WOTF people because we didn’t really feel like we were part of the group until Oktoberfest.

Portugal -Fantastic trip

Wow! What an amazing trip! All of the planning that was done for us was amazing. The excursions, hotels, meals, drivers..everything was top notch. We loved that everyone was in communication with one another to get us to where we needed to be and for us to have a great experience. The hotels were in perfect locations in Lisbon, Porto & Douro. The private tours were fantastic! Loved the wine tasting especially in Douro. The one excursion to mention was the e-bike tour...Scot & I did not partake and only the boys went. Endurance wasn't the issue, it was the landscape in which we were riding. Steep mountain and a bit unsettling. The bikes were also a bit robust and we were not comfortable. The boys enjoyed it but they did say it was a bit nerve wracking where they were riding. Just an FYI for future clients. All in all it was truly a trip of a life time and we are so grateful!!! Thank you!

Greek History Trip with High School Senior

I asked my son, a High School Senior, where he wanted to travel for his final HS Winter Break. After much deliberation he finally decided on Greece. Having only spent less than a day in Athens over 2 decades ago, I did not know where to begin my planning. I was skeptical at first as everything was done over the phone and I was unsure that we could pull off trip that would offer broad appeal to our group ages 25-62. Wendy charges a consultation fee, which ended up being very reasonable based on the overall service and cost of the trip. She sent a number of surveys to help me articulate what we wanted to achieve on this trip. She thoughtfully planned out the best logistics and set us up on unique private tours to offer us the most flexibility. Most importantly she helped gather of all the travel information for all three couples. The trip was amazing - it was filled with a variety of activities that kept our group engaged and excited, with historical sites, museums, cooking classes, local shows/events, a foodie tour we all loved. Our accomodations were first rate and central to all the sites we wanted to see. The tour guides she arranged for us were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and fluent in English. Wendy planned for everything down to the smallest detail ~ nothing was missed. She also was very responsive and accommodating when we had questions both in the planning stage as well as when we were on the trip. We highly recommend working with her!

Such a great way to plan a trip! It was so helpful to have an expert planning our trip to Italy for us. She was patience and thoughtful during the discovery process to find out what was important to us for excursions as well as budget discussions to make sure it was everything we wanted but also fit into a planned budget approach. I appreciated all the little details that she thinks of when planning a trip like this -such as private transfers which is key in the busy cities and tipping ettiqute/guidelines for Europe. I felt armed with the latest details and info so we could navigate language barriers and proper attire etc and not look like an uneducated tourist. It was a relief to have all of our travel documents in one folder -ready to roll!

Awesome sailing adventure

Wendy has been great to work with planning and preparing for our sailing vacation in the BVI. In particular, she kept us on point during our preparation for the trip to make sure we didn't miss any of the public health requirements for getting to and returning from the BVI. She also gave very helpful guidance to manage our travel providers including the chartering company and the airline. In hindsight, we should have asked Wendy to handle our flights and ground transportation too - it would have lowered our stress while we were in transit.
