The day of embarkation was a challenge because a member of the group did not have the proper documentation (his fault) and Lianabelle was calm and collected assisting but also giving us space to figure it all out. Lastly, she was so thoughtful in ordering a cake for my birthday, although the cruise never delivered it (you should be reimbursed) it was enough to know she went the extra mile to make it a special one. I have always used a travel agent when making cruise bookings. I always feel more comfortable as I have that needed go-between if I have any concerns. I went with Ms Pinero as she has always been respondent to my questions and was quite helpful in assisting me with my dream cruise for Alaska this year. I received all necessary paperwork, and since this was my first time cruising with Princess (I normally use NCL), having her available to answer questions was good. And as she has been to Alaska herself, I had that expertise as well. I have already booked with Explora Journeys for next year, based on her recommendations and knowing my own preferences in cruising. It’s still more than a year out, but I think I’ll be happy again. It is nice dealing with an agent who knows the business and isn’t just trying to sell you a cruise - ANY cruise whether it’s a fit or not. I like that. Cruising should be a comfortable fit for anyone, and I know from Discussions there are ships she would recommend

We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Lianabelle provided us all of the information needed before leaving on our cruise and after finishing our cruise. Best tips on when and where to visit in Seattle (we had an amazing time). And then when on the cruise, all of the recommendations for food and things to do on the ship).
