Ruby was an amazing travel ageant! Throughout the entire experience she has only been a phone call away when I have had a question or concern. She makes it very easy to book with a simple link and goes above and beyond to make sure payments can be paid in full within a reasonable time. I also loved how when I went on a cruise to Cozumel, to celebrate graduation she had a complementary bottle of champagne in the room waiting. She always exceeds my expectation and her communication is impeccable. She is definitely my go to travel ageant!
