Hello, adventurers!I’m Chelsea, your Safari Specialist with Chelax Adventures. I specialize in creating immersive, thoughtfully planned African journeys that connect travelers with the wildlife, landscapes, people, and places that make this part of the world so extraordinary.Africa has become a huge part of both my personal and professional life. I spend roughly half the year in South Africa and have traveled extensively throughout the continent, with multiple trips across several countries, national parks, conservancies, and private reserves. I’ve completed over 100 game drives and stayed in a wide range of safari camps and lodges, giving me firsthand experience that goes far beyond simply knowing destinations and properties on paper.From tracking lions in Greater Kruger and witnessing the Great Migration across the Serengeti to watching elephants along the Zambezi River at Mana Pools, I’ve experienced firsthand just how different every safari destination can be. That knowledge helps me guide travelers not only on where to go, but when to go, where to stay, and which destinations work best together.As a travel advisor, wildlife photographer, and conservation advocate, I bring a unique perspective to safari planning. Wildlife is always at the heart of what I do, but I also consider the quality of the guiding, location of the camp, conservation practices, logistics, and the overall experience both in and out of the safari vehicle.
