This trip was the first Disney trip for our 4 year old son and all the advice, suggestions and guidance she gave us really did make it a magical trip for him and our family. Without Carole we would have never known about the various Character Meals still available during covid and those were the highlights of the trip for our son. Carole was organized and professional and made sure that all of our needs were scheduled and booked, we didn’t have any issues. Hotel accommodations were superb, especially the pool area! The character brunch was delicious and entertaining--good suggestion. Theme park was as predicted.

First of all, a very positive experience and started with Carole guiding us along. Carole suggested AMA Waterways. She arranged our transportation from the Munich airport to the Hotel and transportation from disembarkation to the Budapest airport. That made it very stress-free and smooth especially being in foreign countries and different languages. If we had any questions, she always was promptly available to answer them. This is our 2nd cruise with the first being an Alaskan cruise in 2024 and now the Danube River cruise last week. In 2026, we have another Alaskan cruise and Carole lined it up for us and my sister and brother in law. As you would expect, the cruise itself was beautiful with many memories along the way. Service on AMA was first rate! We are very grateful to have Carole taking care of our travel needs (at times we were needy being "babyboomers" and 1st time travelers to Europe--haha).

Carole was absolutely fabulous. We couldn't have asked for a better person to help us plan our all adult trip to Disney World during the food and wine festival/Halloween. She was there for us every step of the way. Disney in and outs can be confusing but she answered all of our questions throughout the year of planning. She was able to get all of our requests for dinner, extras, lightsabers, memory maker, photo op, etc done with no issues - including dinner in the castle on Halloween night! Would highly recommend her and would not hesitate to use her again.

Carole is amazing! She helped us schedule a complicated family trip including 2 days at Universal Orlando for 4 people and then 4 days at Walt Disney World for 6 people. She recommended the perfect hotels for our family (quiet and not too far) and provided invaluable tips on how to manage the parks including all the different services that Disney added (Genie+, Lightning Lane, ...).

I was so intimidated by planning a family trip for myself, 2 children, my husband and my in-laws. Carole took care of everything and made it so easy!
