ALI MADE OUR TRIP AMAZING!!! She handled all of the details down to our beach cabana. All the staff on our ship were very accommodating, and they took care of our every need. Ali's recommendations were spot on and very helpful. The food was amazing and ENDLESS! The drinks were delicious and there were plenty of activities, if you wanted to keep busy. Thank you Ali for putting the trip together. The resort was absolutely beautiful and it was right on the water!! Ali also made our vacation more relaxing by booking an 18+ hotel for my husband and I anniversary. She found us the best deals, sent us a checklist of everything we would need, called the resort with questions we had, and checked what the covid requirements were. She went above and beyond every step of the way, even at 3 in the morning one day before the trip to help me with a last-minute flight change from the airline. She didn't have to do that at all but she ensured that she would make this process less stressful for me!

Overall: Exceeded expectations. Very easy to get in and out, transportation efficient. Tell your next group that going into Costa Rica is a must. You did a great job!! Big time pressure on you, trying to make sure the trip meets the expectations for the money.
