Greetings ~
I am so excited you found my little corner of the travel world! My name is Courtney, and I am a travel advisor specializing in family, cruise, and accessible travel, with a passion for helping every traveler experience the joy and connection travel can bring.
Travel has been part of my life for more than 40 years. In fact, my mom owned a brick-and-mortar travel agency when I was growing up. I still remember the days of picking up travel documents in duplicate folders… and now we carry entire itineraries in the palm of our hands. How far we’ve come!
I have been a professional travel advisor since 2019 and have spent years helping families, couples, and travelers of all abilities create experiences that become lifelong memories. Before entering the travel industry full-time, I spent 10 years working for the Walt Disney Company, where I developed a deep appreciation for exceptional guest experiences and the magic that thoughtful planning can create. After my time at Disney, I launched my own business as an event planner, curating more than 250 events annually worldwide. Coordinating complex logistics, managing countless details, and creating meaningful experiences for clients further strengthened the skills I now bring to travel planning: organization, advocacy, problem-solving, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Today, I specialize in family travel, accessible travel, cruises, theme parks, and creating vacations designed around each traveler’s unique needs. Whether planning a first cruise, a bucket list adventure, a multi-generational family trip, a Disney vacation, or an accessible getaway, I believe travel should be for everyBODY.
What makes my approach different is that travel planning is deeply personal for my family. In 2011, our world changed through adoption when we welcomed our son, who is profoundly bilaterally Deaf. Suddenly, we began experiencing travel through a different lens and learned firsthand the importance of accessibility, inclusion, advocacy, and thoughtful planning. Over the years, our family’s journey evolved further as my husband became a wheelchair user and our daughter navigates additional disabilities. Accessible travel is not simply a specialty I offer. It is something I live every day. I understand both the challenges families may face and the incredible joy that comes when barriers are removed and meaningful experiences become possible. Whether your family includes a wheelchair user, a Deaf traveler, sensory needs, neurodivergence, or you simply want someone who truly understands how important details matter, I am passionate about helping make travel easier, more inclusive, and less overwhelming.
When I am not helping clients plan adventures, our family loves spending time at Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Universal Orlando, and aboard some of the most incredible cruise ships at sea. Personally, I have sailed more than 200 times across multiple cruise lines, giving me firsthand experience that helps clients navigate everything from choosing the right ship and stateroom to understanding accessibility options and creating the best onboard experience possible.
I believe travel changes us. It connects us to new places, cultures, foods, languages, and perspectives. Most importantly, it creates stories and memories that stay with us forever.
I proudly assist travelers seeking inclusive experiences and advocate for accessibility across the travel industry because everyone deserves the opportunity to explore the world. At the end of the day, travel is not simply about destinations. It is about connection, joy, and creating memories with the people we love most. I would be honored to help you see the world, one MAGICAL destination at a time.
