My name is Karen Byrd, owner and travel consultant of Mystical Travel. I have been in the travel business for a little over 5 years. I serve the following states, PA, NJ, DE, MD, DC and VA areas however, I am open to serve you anywhere! I am a wife and a mother of 3 (ages 10, 19 and 28). My family enjoy vacationing, learning different cultures and history of different countries.

Nothing makes my eyes light up like travel. Albeit travel for myself and family or a client, pure excitement fills my veins as I plan. My passion for travel is unwavering. I specialize in the ultimate vacation. It can be a cruise to the Caribbean, a luxury river cruise or an all-inclusive vacation in the Caribbean. “What does ultimate vacation mean”, it means I love finding vacations for my clients that have the “WOW” factor. A vacation that makes you want to quit your job to travel year-round.

I love cruising. I could cruise for months at a time if time permitted. Cruising allows my clients to see more countries in a shorter period. Most cruises planned are family cruises. I’ve cruised to Jamaica, Cozumel, Grand Cayman Islands, Belize, Honduras, St Thomas, San Juan just to name a few. I have stayed at all-inclusive resorts in the Puerta Playa DR and Montego Bay Jamaica.

I am an MSC cruises specialist, Jamaica specialist and a AM Resorts specialist also. I continue to participate in educational seminars and trainings to help me build my craft.

I understand every client of mine is different. Treating every client, the way I wanted to be treated was my philosophy in the past. Now due to differences in cultures, personalities and background I now provide services to my clients the way the WANT to be treated.
