Jennifer is easy to work with. She listens to what we need and is always helpful from start to finish when planning a vacation for our family. When complications happen during a trip, she is quick to help fix any problems. I would not plan a vacation without her help!

Jennifer does all the planning, we just have to show up. She prints everything and mails in if advance. Even if you forget your papers she prints you, she answers anytime to give you the info while you are already on your trip.

My husband and I used to take our children to Disney every other year, but it had been 13 years since our last trip. When we finally went back, so much had changed—especially with booking hotels, dining, and park experiences. Jennifer was incredible and knew everything we could possibly need. She handled transportation to and from the hotel, made sure all of our hotel and park reservations were properly linked, arranged dining reservations exactly when we wanted them, and guided us through our Lightning Lane passes (formerly FastPass),PhotoPass and MagicBands. She made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. We will absolutely be using Jennifer again for our next Disney vacation!
